3 Course Objectives … to contribute to a deeper understanding of organizational change and development and how certain factors and conditions can be viewed as enabling/constraining organizational change and development, … overview of key areas of planned organizational change and describes various theoretical perspectives that can be applied to study change processes in organizations, … how organizational change can be organized in practice.
