2 Sopa da Pedra (Stone Soup) Recepy If the bean is hard, put it on water for a few hours. Boil and scratch the porks ear and paw. Then cook the beans in boiling water mixed with the ear, the paw, the smoked sausage, the blood sausage, the garlic, and the lourel leaf. Temper it with salt and pepper. If its necessary, put more boiling water. When the meat is cooked, take it out and put the potatoes cut in squares in to the pot with the coriander cut to little pieces. Let the potatoes cook. Once you take the pot out of the flame put in the meat and the smoked and blood sausages previously cut in pieces and a well washed stone that should go into the recipient where the soup is going to be served. Ingredients for people: 1 litre of red beans. 1 pork ear ½ pork paw 1 smoked sausage 1 blood sausage 150 gr of bacon 750 gr of potatoes 2 onions 2 garlic theeth 1 lourel leaf 1 coreander bundle Salt and peper ( at your taste)
