A user profile and password are provided to the designated chapter 'webmaster' for upload and maintenance of the site via ftp. The scope of the current program permits approximately 25MB of storage space per chapter and does not include web development services, dedicated IP addresses, traffic reporting/analysis or support for proprietary features. Prior to attempting to put them on your site, save the image or images to the place on your computer where your photo files are kept. Now, to add the photos and the text, follow these instructions: Find the folder to which you would like to add new document. Choose "add new item" from the top right menu bar. Choose “image”.
Adding photos Add short name, title, and description. Browse to upload the image you would like to add. Choose “save” to save the image to your folder. Repeat instructions to add more images. Once you are finished adding the images, you will need to create the document on which you’d like your images to appear. *Continue to “creating a new page” for further instructions.

Creating a new page Continue adding the rest of the images and then click “save” once you are finished.
Creating a new page This is how the page will appear on your web site.
Creating a new page Now you can publish your page. Choose “publish” from the state menu bar on the upper right. Next, click on the “Contents” tab and choose the page on which a link to your new page should appear. In this case it is the News and Events page. Continue to “adding a link” for further instructions.
