2. Introduction The Nephi restaurant is a France restaurant. I found it on Dong-Fong road, surrounded so many trees, and I was impress of it exterior, it’s very classical and magnificence.

3. Environment It’s cozy and warm, it is suitable for lover or couple for dating or something special day or memorial day. The decoration are simple but It is very nice for dining.

4. Menu Nephi have two different menus. The lunch set is cheaper than dinner set. The different is the dinner menu has the chef appertizer. Both menus have bread stick, vegetable stick, bread, Nephi daily creamy soup or seafood consomme and Today’s sorbert. The price is a little high. It’s among $390-$2080.

5. Bread sticks & Vegetable sticks When server guide us to the table, we felt friendly and kindly. We saw a glass of bread stick on the table and a pair of rose shaped butter on the plate. Then, they brought a glass of vegetable sticks. It’s contents cucumber, carrot and celery. Bread sticks tasted crispy and a little garlic scented. Vegetable sticks tasted not only crispy but fresh. You can also eat it with orange dressing.

6. Bread & Butter About ten minutes later, they brought two different kind of bread. One of these was French bread. I can’t image that it was soft and crispy. A pair of the rose shaped butter are so beautiful that I reluctant to ate it. It’s soft and scented.

7. Soup We ordered two kind of soup, Nephi daily soup and seafood consomme. Nephi daily soup is creamy soup, tasted dense but no burden at all. Seafood consomme is refreshing and a slice of fish in the consomme tasted very soft.

8. Sorbert & Drinks Sorbert is mango flavor. A mint on the top. I ordered the black tea with two pots, contents milk and syrup.

9. Main course I ordered “grilled U.S. flat iron steak” medium rare. They have already carved. It tasted delicious, tenderness and richness. The other course is “grilled sea bass, Mozzarella cheese served with thyme bechamel. The sauce tasted sweet, sour and richness. The fish tasted fresh and scented.

11. Reflection Finished the dining, I thought that an outstanding restaurant should not only sell excellent gourmet but considerate service. I will come back to the Nephi next time. － The end
