All of which has Increased complaints for the practice Staff being under extreme pressure, increasing staff sickness and patients being put at additional risk Patients seeking care with A&E, OOH or “walk-in centres” increasing the pressure for these divisions inappropriately Patients, media and social media coverage only leads to sensationalising stories No support from NHS England

Participated in Primary Care Foundation Independent Review of Access to practice: – average consultations for our patient population 6.67 per registered patient per year, against national consultation rates of 5.41 per registered patient for our demographic population. Suggested changes were implemented

Practices are accused of not referring patients to the local Community Hospital as they get a financial incentive for referring to Springfield?
