5 Smoothies are a super way to learn cooking! The only tool you need is a blender! Ask for help from an adult when necessary. Create your own frosty combos with fresh, frozen or canned fruit, yogurt and milk! Feel adventurous? Add spinach or cereals.

6 Think outside of the box… Mash cooked cauliflower with cooked potatoes. Add cooked and mashed or raw shredded carrots to homemade cheese macaroni. Add fruits to your cereals or yogurt.
