4. What we learned?  We were very surprise that this company existed because neither one of us knew about it.  Everyone is happy with their jobs and they aren't very old.  Intern were hired as full time employees and the move up every year.  DON'T NEED A COLLEGE DEGREE TO WORK FOR THEM!!!!
