JUST FOR FUN 1 Go outside and blow bubbles. 2 Go barefoot more often. 3 Fill the baby pool and sit in it. 4 Pick dandelions for fun, not for weed control. 5 Have a three legged race. 6 Chase the dog, instead of him chasing you. 7 Sleep out under the stars. 8 Eat your breakfast outside. 9 Run through the neighbor's sprinkler. 10 Play Hop Scotch. 11 Eat a messy ice cream cone. 12 Watch an ant hill. 13 Pick wild flowers (not endangered ones). 14 Go to the lake or pond, and feed the ducks. 15 Go to an amusement park, and let go! 16 Sleep out on the porch. 17 Have a squirt gun fight. 18 Wash your hair in the rain. 19 Act your shoe size. 20 Collect pretty stones.
LEARN SOMETHING NEW 21 Learn the constellations. 22 Identify all of the different trees in your neighborhood. 23 Visit an Arboretum. 24 Learn to paint with water colors. 25 Try to start the Barbecue with two sticks. 26 Take up bird watching. 27 Grow a tree from seed. 28 Learn the botanical names of your plants. 29 Go 24 hours without electricity, and see how it was in the "good old days". 30 Learn to drive a stick shift. 31 Love horses? Read all about them. 32 Learn to cook outside. 33 Take up Photography. 34 Read a Thesaurus. 35 Read the Bible like a book, from front to back. 36 Read about other countries. 37 Learn a new language. 38 Learn all about thunder storms. 39 Learn to sew. 40 Take up needlepoint.
SUMMER AT WORK 41 Have your lunch outside. 42 Keep a live flowering plant on your desk. 43 Join the company softball team. 44 Move your desk to face the window. 45 Wear a flower in your hair. 46 Go barefoot under your desk. 47 Put a snow globe on your desk. 48 Play tropical music. 49 Use a spray bottle, with a fan attached.. 50 Wear a tie dyed T-shirt under your work cloths. 51 Surprise your coworkers with a veggie platter lunch. 52 Put a fresh breezes air freshener in the office. 53 Bring fruit or veggie kabobs for lunch. 54 Keep a picture of your favorite lake, on your desk. 55 Change your hours, if possible, to go in an hour earlier and leave an hour earlier.
JUST FOR YOU 56 Spend a day at a spa. 57 Grab some rays (sun). 58 Soak in a hot tub. 59 Get a new haircut. 60 Buy a nice cool dress, or pair if slacks.
FOR YOUR HEALTH 61Take up hiking. 62 Ride a bike to work. 63 Run in a 10K race. 64 Use a manual lawnmower, instead of gas powered. 65 Eat only fresh veggies, no frozen or canned. 66 Eat only fresh fruit, not frozen or canned. 67 Try an exotic veggie. 68 Try an exotic fruit. 69 Join a health club, or gym. 70 Cook everything outside. You will cut way down on fat. 71 Take a walk, every day, after dinner.

FOR THE CHILD IN YOU 92 Play marbles. 93 Talk on the phone for hours. 94 Pick one day, and eat all of the junk food you want. 95 Buy a pair of flip flops. 96 Make a mud puddle, and play in it. 97 Put a pinwheel on the front of your car. 98 Wine to the kids, "There's nothing to do". 99 Blow on fluffy dandelions. 100 Color your hair with Kool-Aid, ask the kids how. 101 Take an afternoon nap!!!
