2 Rules 1.We must eat three hours before athletic and not to have eaten a lot. 2.Not to wear heavy clothes except from some athletics, because we will sweat. 3.Not to be stressed, because we aggravate our health. 4.Not to drink alcohol. 5.Not to smoking. 6.Not to have problems with heart, because it may become dangerous for our lives. 7.Not to wear unproper shoes, because it may cause accidents. 8.Not to be fat, because we will have problems. 9. We must understand the limit of our endurance and not to exceed them.
