12 Business Recruitment Success Story AppTec Laboratory Services: a biopharmaceutical and medical device- testing firm Chose Pennsylvania as the home for its new state-of-the-art facility Building at the Philadelphia Naval Business Center, a designated Keystone Opportunity Zone Creating 200 new jobs in Pennsylvania

13 AppTec’s Project Financing $20 million project Construction of a 75,000-square-foot facility, which will allow the company to relocate their Camden, NJ, facility to Philadelphia GAT worked with AppTec to make this project a reality Administration agreed to provide a $750,000 financial package  $250,000 Opportunity Grant  Up to $500,000 through the Machinery and Equipment Loan Fund (MELF)
