2 Definitions: New Courses New awards that have been approved for offer by the Senate Course Committee New Offerings Existing awards that are offered in a new or different way (eg new fund source, mode of study, campus location or channel) Phased Out Formally approved removal of an award Withdrawn Withdrawal of an offering for temporary reason Suspension Formally approved withdrawal of a course or an offering, typically prior to phasing out
