22 In Depth Diagnosis Overview & Patterns 2 nd part of the SITA process. Company staff has to be interviewed. Provides further insight to the firm's 5 dimensions. Provide further detailed analysis for the 5 dimensions and sub-dimensions. The IDD is a static process and not a dynamic one. It tells/describes the what is and how it is in a company. It does not aim to do the what might be, how it might be question. 22
