10 Today’s Lesson

11 Lesson Components  Lesson title: Diving Deeper: The Diaries of Anne Frank and Zlata Filipovic  Lesson description: My students have read both THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK and ZLATA’S DIARY. We would love to visit one or both of the cities where these books took place, but that’s not quite in our budget. Instead we are looking for people to tell us more about Amsterdam or Sarajevo (or both). Perhaps you’re from one of these cities or you’ve been to one on your travels. Maybe you work for a museum that has resources you can share. If you’re a teacher living in one of these cities, our classes could meet and learn about each other’s cultures. We hope you can help us gain insight into the lives of these brave, young girls.  Anne Frank Video embed code:  Zlata YouTube link: http://youtu.be/uG5bH1tpaAQ
