3 To get to the north country (Canada): Air taxis, helicopters, seaplanes, jet routes, trains and cruise ships, ferries, and buses are commonly used. To get to Alaska: Buses, vans, cars, taxi cabs, motor coach, shuttles, and sometimes limos and limousines, boats, and planes are commonly used.

4 In Anchorage, Alaska, there are Rocky Mountaineer Rail tours. The Gulf Coast is near the area. The view is amazing.

5 The temperature in Alaska ranges from 50-70 degrees year long. The precipitation that Alaska usually gets ranges from 1 inch to 14 inches. In both Alaska and Canada, winters are snowy and freezing, especially in the interior. They both have a good precipitation level. 2.10.4 Research and discuss weather patterns of the area
