Have the scouts offstage, ready holding the flags. The US Flag is on the right, then pack flag on the far left. Leader: “Color Guard, Attention” Leader:” Audience, Please Rise!” (“Those not in uniform, please place your right hand over your heart.“) Leader: “Color Guard, advance!” (or “Forward March!”) Leader: “Color Guard, prepare to post the colors Leader:“ Pack Salute!” Leader: ”Color Guard, Post the colors“ Leader: ” Please join us in the Pledge of Allegiance!“ Leader: “Two” (Everyone drops Scout sign) Leader: “Color Guard, dismiss!” (or “return to ranks!”)

10 BSA Mission & Vision Mission: Vision:
The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. Vision: The Boy Scouts of America will prepare every eligible youth in America to become a responsible, participating citizen and leader who is guided by the Scout Oath and Law.

13 - Range master, First aid
Youth protection training is required for all adults leaders and volunteers. Must be retake every two years. Two-deep leadership: Two registered adult leaders, or one registered leader and a parent of a participating Scout or other adult, one of whom must be 21 years of age or older, are required for all trips and outings. Many trainings available: Youth protection, Safety training (first Aid, weather hazard etc), “How to Protect Your Children From Child Abuse: A Parent’s Guide. “, “It Happened to Me meeting guide (Cub Scouts) “ etc. Two-deep leadership (required for all trips and outings): - 2 registered adult leaders, or - 1 registered leader and a parent of a participating scout

Scout Uniform Five Reasons to Wear Uniform 5 - encourage neat and correct appearance 4 - recommended by insurance that scouts be covered in vehicles. 3 - display badges and awards. 2 - identify openly with the principles: boy scout oath law of the scout and motto physical and mental fitness. 1 - visible our commitment: a belief in God loyalty to country helping other people. Uniform is required when: Ceremonies, Court of honor, Troop/Pack meeting/events, SMC
