4 PHOSPHOROUS  Food Sources – milk, cheese, whole grain breads & cereals  Body Needs – strong bones and teeth  Nutrient Shortage – poor bones & weak teeth

5 IRON  Food Sources – liver, spinach, raisins, egg yolks  Body Needs – hemoglobin of red blood cells  Nutrient shortage – anemia (tired, pale, weak, bruises)

6 IODINE  Food Sources – seafood, iodized salt  Body Needs – activity of thyroid gland  Nutrient Shortage - goiter
