This is a work that we have begun and the first of these workshops on proposal development has already been hosted. The next step is to build a contact list of post docs in STEM and STEM related fields to survey their interests and needs for further professional development activities. Colleagues at CU Bolder have overlapping interests here and we are looking at ways of providing some of these professional development activities via the CIRTL Network.
