6. EMIS Reporting Reporting Periods Reminder FY15 – June 1, 2014 – June 30, 2015 FY16 – July 1, 2015 – June 30, 2016

7. Completing Tasks All Tasks should be Completed with the exception of valid Progress Reports Tasks by the end of the school year. Any task left open at the end of the school year can be overwritten with any form changes. To find tasks that are still left open, run the Sps Open Task Report by Owner (blue icon) for all buildings. This will give you the student name, task, start/end date and Task Owner.

10. Sign Off Sheets We would like to have the sign-off sheets completed and sent to NEOnet by Friday, June 26th. – This includes IEP, ETR, 504, BIP, SOP, SP, Other Tasks and Progress Reports finished from the 2013-2014 school year. – I will send this out electronically as well.

11. Shut Down The ProgressBook Suite will shut down on July 1, 2015 at 3:00pm for maintenance, rollover, and installation of the 15.0.0 release. It will be down approximately one month. Please send email addresses of users who will need to write tasks over the summer. NEOnet will email everyone needing access when Special Services is available.

Beginning of Year 2014-2015 Admin Training Beginning of the year training will be held on the following dates in the NEOnet Lab. – Monday, August 3, 2015 1:00 – 3:00 – Wednesday, August 5, 2015 9:00 – 11:00 This training will include the District Banks Administration, Student Contacts, Case Management Class setup and User Roles/Security.

14. EMIS Module Training If any districts are interested in using the EMIS Module (Extract/Import of EMIS data) please contact me to set up training dates.

15. Sps User Meetings September 11, 2015 December 11, 2015 February 26, 2016 (weather permitting!) May 6, 2016 All User Meetings are held from 9:00 – 11:00 at NEOnet in Room A Please Note: Registration for these meeting will be posted to the NEOnet website. Please have everyone from your district attending the meetings register there.

16. District Rep 2015-2016 NEOnet District Representative – Looking for a district representative to attend the state SESAC Meetings next year. – Meetings are held this year July 30 th, Nov 12 th and March 16 th at the ESC of Central Ohio in Columbus from 9:30 – 3:30. – Should be someone who understands the software and the special education process or EMIS Special Education Reporting.

17. Enhancement Survey A copy of the Enhancement Survey Results is included. These were sent to Software Answers Some of the comments were addressed in a separate email to users as these items have been corrected.
