A Long-term mission started in 1986 which was funded by CAS Collecting multi-discipline research data and promoting data sharing More than 500 research databases/datasets by 61 institutes Over 200TB data available to open access and download 7

ARP project is a major CAS project during the 15th Five-year-plan period to promote S&T research informatization with the CAS headquarter and institute level management institutions as the objects of service. 14 CSTNet Overview The Non-profitable, academic and research networks in China committed to providing IT support and services for CAS e-Science and ARP becoming a network service platform for the nation’s S&T innovation Cover more than 30 provinces One Core Center and 12 Regional centers 200+ institutes, and 1,000,000 end users China Science and Technology Network (CSTNet) is one of the earliest internet networks in China, and is extended upon the base of Chinese Academy of Sciences Network (CASNet). In April 1994, CSTNet opened the first official Internet link in China. Since then, CSTNet has been responsible for operation and management for the top domain of China (.CN). 14

Bandwidth: 155M Integrated Service Security Massive Data Storage Video Conference Collaborative environment CSTNET proactively explores new patterns of scientific applications on the network, providing integrated services including security, storage, Video, and collaboration for ITER experiment.
