3  Ensures that Common Core Standards are being addressed throughout the scope of the year.  Gives direction and purpose to your daily instruction through your understanding of expected learning outcomes.

4  Activities directly correlate to the Common Core Standards  NJASK 3,4 and 5 measures the standards  Objectives are to be stated in terms of anticipated student outcomes  Objectives are to be measurable  Differentiated instruction  Emphasis on small group instruction versus whole group instruction  Should indicate that grade levels are communicating.
