2. Intro to Python Programming Abstract… One of the new programming languages sweeping both education and practice is Python. This language is very intuitive while still being quite powerful. Python would be the perfect vehicle to teach programming in the secondary school before tackling Java. It has the added advantage of being freely available for both Mac and PC platforms. This session will instruct participants in how to create Python programs that can be used for general programming and scripting. Participants will receive a flash drive with all needed files pre-loaded.
