6 Tasks that have been performed during the reporting period  Management of the communication inside the project consortium and towards the European Commission.  Preparation of project’s meetings and reviews. Preparation of the minutes.  Management of the fund transfers towards the partners.  Technical/scientific co-ordination between partners. The technical co-ordination of ADAMANTIUM has been assigned to partner ERICSSON.  Preparation and provision of progress reports.  Quality Assurance: to assure that the development process follows the quality rules for the project.  Monitoring of performance of WP/tasks.  Monitoring of measurable success factors for all WPs. Also for the reporting needs of the project, the following tasks have been properly fulfilled during the reporting period:  All required project management reports, according to the project contract.  Internal Quality Reports  Project Management Procedures consistent with the Consortium Agreement  Project Documentation Repository

7 M1-M3 Management Activities Preparation and organisation of ADAMANTIUM kick-off meeting (Athens, 6-7 March 2008). The first instalment of the pre-financing of EUR 1.259.805,00 € has been distributed to the partners within 45 days following the date of entry into force of the grant agreement. A complete draft of the Consortium Agreement has been delivered and agreed among the partners of the ADAMANTIUM consortium. An initial set of templates (e.g. for documents, deliverables etc.), for use within the project has been delivered to the consortium. The ADAMANTIUM fact sheet has been prepared and included to the DG INFSO Handbook of FP7 projects. ADAMANTIUM project has been included at the Media Delivery Platforms Cluster. Participation and project presentation in the 1st Concertation Meeting of ICT-FP7 - The Network of the Future, taken place in Vilamoura-Algarve, Portugal 16-17 April 2008. ADAMANTIUM project participated in the first Future Internet Assembly (FIA) conference at Bled (http://www.fi-bled.eu/) with a project poster. ADAMANTIUM project has signed and supported the Bled Declaration for the Future of the Internet ADAMANTIUM organization issues including: Role of PM, Project Responsibilities – Reporting, Project plan overview, Documentation, publicity and confidentiality, Meeting schedule, Clustering events

8 M4-M6 Management Activities Delivery of the ADAMANTIUM First Quarterly Management Report to the PO at M4 according to the schedule of Annex I. Preparation and organisation of the 2nd ADAMANTIUM plenary meeting (2- 3 July 2008 Munich, Germany at RS premises). Organization of the ADAMANTIUM special session in the context of the TEMU 2008 conference held at Ierapetra, Crete, 16-18 July 2008. Production of ADAMANTIUM leaflet and distribution at TEMU 2008 conference. Organisation of phone conferences, in order to discuss and solve issues related to WP2 and the respective D2.1, D2.2 and D2.3 in the line of Annex I.

9 M7-M9 Management Activities The ADAMANTIUM Second Quarterly Management Report – QMR2 has been delivered to PO at M7 according to the schedule of Annex I. As an active supporter of the Bled Declaration towards a European approach to the Future of the Internet, ADAMANTIUM organized an INFOday: 'Future of the Internet: New Technologies and Business Opportunities' in Athens 19/9/2008 Preparation and organisation of the 3rd ADAMANTIUM plenary meeting (Madrid, Spain at ERICSSON premises, 1-2/10/2008). Participation in the 2nd FP7 Networked Media Concentration Meeting at Saint Malo (France) 15 October 2008. Technical review of D2.1, D2.2 and D2.3, which have been delivered to PO at M8 according to the schedule of Annex I.

10 M10-M12 Management Activities Preparation and organisation of the the 4th ADAMANTIUM plenary meeting (Athens, Greece, 3-4 Feb 2009 at DEM premises). ADAMANTIUM participated in the "Future Content Networks" session, leading the "Quality of Experience / User perspective" discussion at the "Content Aware Networks Vision" Panel of the FIA conference in Madrid (December 2008) The ADAMANTIUM Third Quarterly Management Report – QMR3 has been delivered to PO at M10 according to the schedule of Annex I. Technical review of the intermediate deliverables D3.1i, D3.2i and D3.3i (WP3) and delivery to PO at M12 according to the schedule of Annex I. Technical review of the intermediate deliverable D4.4 (WP4) and delivery to PO at M12 according to the schedule of Annex I. Technical review of the intermediate deliverables D6.1i and D6.3i (WP6) and delivery to PO at M12 according to the schedule of Annex I.
