14 What can a CCHC do? 1.Partner with a center to self-assess. 2. Help the center identify a plan of action. 3. Provide training on nutrition and physical activity for children, staff and parents/guardians. 4. Develop and distribute materials or incentives. 5. Provide technical assistance.
