1. Characteristics of a Quality Site Host Must be: – Passionate about the growth of the sport – Organized – Have Effective Communication Skills Able to dedicate 5-10 hours per week to planning of the clinic Must be on site the day of the clinic

2. Choosing a Site Things to consider: – Location – Facility Size – Location of classroom in relation to field – Must have internet access (if no access on site, host must provide a wireless hotspot card) Financial perspective

3. Choosing a Date What works? What doesn’t? – Plan early: at least 3 months in advance – Choose a date in which most coaches can attend – Incentivizing coaches to register early via a subsidy or other means: no last minute “scramble” to register. Registering online prior to our 10-day window will also ensure each participant gets a workbook. – Consider weather, geography, holiday weekends
