3 Temperature Measure of how fast the particles in an object are moving The faster they are moving the more energy they have

4 Volume Measure of the size of a body or region in three-dimensional space Depends on container

5 Pressure Amount of force exerted per unit area of a surface Number of times the particles hit the inside of their container Higher pressure = more particles = closer together Lower pressure = less particles = farther apart

6 Boyles Law: States that for a fixed amount of gas at a constant temperature, the volume of a gas increases as its pressure decreases. VOLUME PRESSURE
