3. New Scantron This June we are using a New Scantron (See Sample) 1. The answer sheets are “pre-slugged” and you MUST not use the paper of another student because the grade will be entered by the computer for the name printed on the answer sheet. It can not be crossed out or changed in any way.

4. New Scantron (Con’t) 2. Answers and the student’s signature on the scan sheet must be in pencil-the machine does not record anything in ink. An unsigned sheet will not scan and will be invalidated and the exam will be cancelled for that student. 3. Essay answers must be written in ink and the declaration on the essay booklet signed in ink. 4. On the reverse side in the teacher rating sheet (you will not see this on the day of the exam).
