27 Conclusion Tobacco and other drug use is on the rise – Especially ER visits – Thoughts as to why? DUIs and OC violations have increased with decreased law enforcement on the roads. MIPs, Fake ID’s, 0.02 Violations, Social Host and Selling to Minors have all decreased! Discipline for behavior/fights at school has decreased!
