5. âÈå×ãcán CáÖ ânåÒâ·á² CáÖ, âÈå×ã«á® CáÖ âäØãÃá® CáÖ O High, O Mighty, O Forgiver, O Merciful.

6. çAåØáw ãÐãÃå\ãÇá¾ áuå×á åÕãmáäÂB âÈå×ã«á¯åÂB âäPáäoÂB áYåÊáB You are the Mighty Lord, who has none like Him.

7. âoå×ã|áRåÂB â°å×ãÇáätÂB áÒâÎ áÑ And He is the All­Hearing, the All­Seeing.

8. ÔÃá® âÐáXåÃáä£á¶ áÑ âÐáXå¶áäoáw áÑ âÐáXåÆáäoá¾ áÑ âÐáXåÇáä«á® çoåÏáw BámÎ áÑ ãnåÒâÏâäxÂB This is a month which You have made exalted, honored, ennobled and excelled over the other months.

9. áäØáÃá® âÐáÆCá×ã{ áYå¢áoᶠåÕãmáäÂB âoåÏáw áÒâÎ áÑ It is the month in which You have made fasting obligatory on me,

10. áÉDåoâ»åÂB ãÐå×㶠áYåÂáqåÊáB åÕãmáäÂB áÉCá£áÆán âoåÏáw áÒâÎ áÑ and it is the month of Ramadán, in which You sent down the Qur’án,

11. ãÉCáºåoâ·åÂB áÑ ÓkâÏåÂB áÌãäÆ èVCáËãä×áQ áÑ ãrCáäËÃãä ÓækâÎ a guidance for mankind, having clear signs of guidance and distinction. (2:185)

12. ãnåká»åÂB áUáÃå×á ãÐå×㶠áYåÃá¯á_ áÑ You have placed in it the night of power,

13. èoåÏáw ã¸åÂáB åÌãäÆ Bæoå×ág CáÏáXåÃá¯á_áÑ and made it better than a thousand months. (97:2)

14. áÀå×áÃá® âäÌáÇâÖ áÙ áÑ ãäÌáÇåÂBál Cá×ᶠO One who favours, and none favours You,

15. ãnCáäËÂB áÌãÆ åØãXáRáºán ã½Cá¿á·ãQ áäØáÃá® áäÌâÆ ãÐå×áÃá® âäÌâÇáW åÌáÇå×㶠favour me by saving me from the fire, amongst the ones You favour,

16. áÌå×ãÇãcBáäoÂB áÈácånB CáÖ áÀãXáÇåcáoãQ áUáäËá`åÂB ØãËåÃãgåjáB áÑ and make me enter Heaven, by Your mercy, O the most Merciful.

18. èkáäÇádâÆ ãÁB áÑ èkáäÇádâÆ ÔÃá® ãäÄá{ áäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Alláh send Your blessings on Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.

19. ãÈå×ãcáäoÂB ãÌÇåcáäoÂB ãÐäÃÂB ãÈåtãQ In the name of Alláh the Beneficent, the Merciful.

20. áYåÂáqåÊáB ÕãmáäÂB áÉCá£áÆán ãoåÏáw áäPán áäÈâÏäÃÂáB áÉDåoâ»åÂB ãÐå×㶠O Alláh, Lord of Ramadhán (the month) in which You sent down the Qur’án

21. áÅCá×ãä|ÂB ãÐå×㶠á½ãjCáRã® ÔÃá® áYå¢áoáXå¶B áÑ and made fasting obligatory on Your servants.

22. èkáäÇádâÆ ãÁB Ñ èkáäÇádâÆ ÔÃá® ãäÄá{ Bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad,

23. ãÅBáoádåÂB áÀãXå×áQ áäaác ØãËåºâpånB áÑ and enable me to go for pilgrimage to Your sacred House,

24. èÅCá® ãäÄâ¾ Ø㶠áÑ BámÎ ØãÆCá® Ø㶠in this year and in every year,

25. áÅCá«ã¯åÂB áPåÒâÊâämÂB áÀåÃãW Øã åoã·å²B áÑ and forgive me those great sins (that I carry),

26. âÅáäÚá® CáÖ âÌÇåcán CáÖ á½âoå×á² CáÎâoã·å³áÖ áÙ for surely, none can forgive them except You, O Beneficent, O All­Knowing.

29. èkáäÇádâÆ ãÁB áäÑ èkáäÇádâÆ ÔÃá® ãäÄá{ áäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Alláh send Your blessings on Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.

30. ãÈå×ãcáäoÂB ãÌÇåcáäoÂB ãÐäÃÂB ãÈåtãQ In the name of Alláh the Beneficent, the Merciful.

31. á½ãkåÇádãQ áAEáËáä\ÂB âeãXáXå¶áB ØãäÊãB áäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Alláh, I begin glorifying You with Your Praise.

32. áÀãäËáÇãQ ãPBáÒáä|Ãã çjãäkátâÆ áYåÊáB áÑ You direct towards what is right through Your Grace.

33. Ø㶠áÌå×ãÇãcBáäoÂB âÈácånáB áYåÊáB áÀáäÊáB âYåËá»åÖáB áÑ ãUáÇåcáäoÂB áÑ ãÒå·á¯åÂB ã°ã¢åÒáÆ I am convinced that You are the most Merciful in matters of forgiveness and mercy,

34. °ã¢åÒáÆ Ø㶠áÌå×ãRãºCá¯âÇå B âäkáwáB áÑ ãUáÇã»áäËÂB áÑ ãÁCá¿áäËÂB but most severe in matters of warning and retribution,

35. °ã¢åÒáÆ Ø㶠áÌåÖãoãäRá`áXâÇ åÂB âÈá«å®áB áÑ ãUáÇá«á¯åÂB áÑ ãAEáÖãoåRã¿åÂB and the most mighty in matters of power and magnificence.

36. áÀãXáÃáNåtáÆ áÑ áÀãMEá®âj Ø㶠Øã áYåÊãláB áäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Alláh You have allowed me to supplicate to You and ask from You.

37. åSã_áB áÑ ØãXácåkãÆ â°å×ãÇás CáÖ å°áÇåsCᶠØãWáÒå®áj âÈå×ãcán CáÖ Then hear my praise, O One who hears all, and answer my call, O Merciful,

38. ØãWáoå\á® ânåÒâ·á² CáÖ åÄãºáB áÑ and decrease my mistakes, O most Forgiving.

39. CáÏáXå_áäoᶠåkẠèUáQåoâ¾ åÌãÆ ØãÏÂãB CáÖ åÈá¿á¶ CáÏáXå·áxá¾ åkẠèÅåÒâÇâÎ áÑ How often, O my God, You have relieved me of troubles, how much grief You have dispelled,

40. CáÏáWåoáxáÊ åkẠèUáÇåcán áÑ CáÏáXåÃáºáB åkẠèTáoå\á® áÑ how many mistakes You have prevented, how many blessings You have spread,

41. CáÏáXå¿á¿á¶ åkẠèAÞáQ ãUá»åÃác áÑ and how many series of afflictions You have separated.

42. UáRãcCá{ åmãháäXáÖ åÈá ÕãmáäÂB ãÐäÃã âkåÇádåÂáB BækáÂáÑ áÙ áäÑ All Praise is for Alláh who has not taken a wife nor a son,

43. ãÀåÃâÇåÂB Ø㶠çÀåÖãoáw âÐáä åÌâ¿áÖ åÈá áÑ who has no partner in His Kingdom,

44. ÁâämÂB áÌãäÆ çäØãÂáÑ âÐáä åÌâ¿áäÖ åÈá áÑ Bæoå×ãRå¿áW âÍåoãäRá¾ áÑ who has no friend to protect Him from humiliation, so magnify Him with a great Magnificence.

46. CáÏãäÃâ¾ ãÍãkãÆCádáÆ ã°å×ãÇá`ãQ ãÐäÃã âkåÇádåÂáB All Praise is for Alláh for all His praiseworthy acts,

47. CáÏãäÃâ¾ ãÐãÇá¯ãÊ ã°å×ãÇá_ ÔÃá® for all His favours and blessings.

48. ãÐäÃã â kåÇádåÂáB ãÐã¿åÃâÆ Ø㶠âÐá áäjEá£âÆ áÙ ÕãmáäÂB All Praise is for Alláh who has no opposition in His Kingdom,

49. ãÍãoåÆáB Ø㶠âÐá á­ãpCáËâÆ áÙ áÑ nor any challenge to His command.

50. áÀåÖãoáw áÙ ÕãmáäÂB ãÐäÃã âkåÇádåÂáB ãÐã»åÃág Ø㶠âÐá All Praise is for Alláh who has no partner in creation,

51. ãÐãXáÇá«á® Ø㶠âÐá áÐå×ãRáw áÙ áÑ nor anyone like Him in His Greatness.

52. Ø㶠ØãwCá·åÂB ãÐäÃã âkåÇádåÂáB âÍâoåÆáB ã¼åÃáhåÂB All Praise is for Alláh, His commands operate over His creation,

53. âÍâkå`áÆ ãÅáoá¿åÂCãQ âoãÎCáä«ÂB âÍâkåÇác áÑ and his Praise is evident through His Generosity,

54. âÍákáÖ ãjåÒâ`åÂCãQ ã¨ãsCáRåÂB whose bestowal stretches out liberally.

55. âÐâËãMDáqág â}â»åËáW áÙ ÕãmáäÂB His treasures never decrease,

56. ÙãB ãACá§á¯åÂB âTáoå\á¾ âÍâkåÖãqáW áÙ áÑ CæÆáoá¾ áäÑ BæjåÒâ_ (rather) the frequency of His Giving increases His Generosity and Kindness.

57. âPCáäÎáÒåÂB âqåÖãqá¯åÂB áÒâÎ âÐáäÊãB Surely He is the Mighty, the Bestower.

58. èoå×ã\á¾ åÌãäÆ æÚå×ãÃẠáÀâÃáNåsáB ØãäÊãB áäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Alláh I ask You a little from much,

59. èUáÇå×ã«á® ãÐå×áÂãB ØãQ èUá_Các á°áÆ although I am in great need of it,

60. çÈåÖãkẠâÐåËá® á½CáËã² áÑ while You are eternally needless of it,

61. Àå×áÃá® áÒâÎ áÑ çoå×ã\á¾ ÕãkåËã® áÒâÎ áÑ çoå×ãtáäÖ çÄåÏás though it is a lot for me, while it is easy and simple for You.

62. Ñ ØãRåÊál åÌá® á½áÒå·á® áäÉãB áäÈâÏäÃÂáB ØãXáNå×ã§ág åÌá® á½ápâÑCá`áW O Alláh, indeed Your forgiveness of my sins and Your overlooking my faults,

63. á½áoåXãs áÑ ØãÇåÃ⪠åÌá® áÀádå·á{ áÑ ØãÃáÇá® ãeå×ãRẠÔÃá® Your pardoning my oppression, Your hiding my ugly deeds,

64. ØãÆåoâ_ ãoå×ã\á¾ åÌá® áÀáÇåÃãc áÑ and Your forbearing my many wrongs,

65. CáÆ kåËã® ÕãkåÇá® áÑ ÕãCá§ág åÌãÆ áÉCá¾ done intentionally or unintentionally,

66. ØãËá¯áÇå¦áB áÀåËãÆ âÐâRã_åÒáXåsáB áÙ CáÆ áÀâÃáNåsáB åÉáB Ø㶠tempted me to ask from You what I did not deserve from You,

67. áÀãXáÇåcáän åÌãÆ ØãËáXåºápán ÕãmáäÂB which You (still) gave me out of Your Mercy,

68. ØãËáXå¶áäoá® áÑ áÀãWánåk⺠åÌãÆ ØãËáXåÖánáB áÑ áÀãXáQCá_ãB åÌãÆ provided me by Your Power, and made known to me from Your answers.

69. CætãÊåGáXåtâÆ áÀâÃáNåsáB áÑ CæËãÆD á½åÒâ®åjáB âVåoã|ᶠSo I became habituated to call You trustingly and ask You familiarly,

70. æÚã_áÑ áÙ áäÑ Cæ·ãMEg Ý neither fearing nor scared,

71. áÀå×áÂãB ãÐå×㶠âVåká|ẠCáÇå×㶠áÀå×áÃá® æäÙãkâÆ but with confidence in You for what I intended.

72. áÀå×áÃá® ØãÃåÏá`ãQ âYåRáXá® ØãäËá® Gá§åQáB åÉãCᶠThen if there was a delay (in Your answer), I would blame You, due to my ignorance,

73. Øãä çoå×ág áÒâÎ ØãäËá® Gá§åQáB ÕãmáäÂB áäÄá¯á áÑ ãnåÒâÆâÛB ãUáRãºCá¯ãQ áÀãÇåÃã¯ã and perhaps the delay was best for me, for You know the outcome of all affairs.

74. ÔÃá® áoáRå{áB CæÇåÖãoá¾ ÔæÂåÒáÆ ánáB åÈáÃᶠáäØáÃá® áÀåËãäÆ èÈå×ãNáä èkåRá® I have not seen a more generous master patient with a wretched slave, than You are with me.

75. áÀåËá® ØãäÂáÑâCᶠØãÊåÒâ®åkáW áÀáäÊãB ØãäQán CáÖ My Lord, You call me and I turn away from You,

76. áÀå×áÂãB â¤áä³áRáWáB áÑ áäØáÂãB âSáäRádáXáW áÑ You show affection to me and I show hatred towards You,

77. áäÉáCá¾ áÀåËãÆ âÄáRåºáB áÚᶠáäØáÂãB âjáäjáÒáXáW áÑ áÀå×áÃá® áÁâäÒá§áäXÂB áØã You display Your love for me and I do not respond, as though I am above You.

78. Øã ãUáÇåcáäoÂB áÌãÆ áÀãÂBál áÀå¯áËåÇáÖ åÈáÃᶠáäØáÂãB ãÉCátåcãÛåB áÑ But this does not prevent You from having mercy on me, being good to me,

79. áÀãÆáoá¾ áÑ á½ãjåÒâ`ãQ áäØáÃá® ãÄâä£á·áäXÂB áÑ and favouring me, through Your Generosity and Nobility.

80. ãÐå×áÃá® åkâ_ áÑ áÄãÎCá`åÂB á½ákåRá® åÈácånCᶠáÀãÊCátåcãB ãÄå£á·ãQ So please (continue to) have mercy on your ignorant slave, and be kind to him through the excellence of Your Grace.

81. çÈåÖãoá¾ çjBáÒá_ áÀáäÊãB Surely You are the Bountiful, the Generous.

82. âkåÇádåÂáB ãÀåÃâ·åÂB Õãoå`âÆ ãÀåÃâÇåÂB ãÀãÂCáÆ ãÐäÃã All Praise is for Alláh, the Owner of the Kingdom, who makes the ships sail,

83. ãbCáRå{ãÛåB ã¼ãÂCᶠãbCáÖãäoÂB ãoãähátâÆ controls the wind, causes the dawn to break,

84. áÌå×ãÇáÂCá¯åÂB ãäPán ãÌåÖãäkÂB ãÉCáäÖáj is the authority on the Day of Judgement, (and) is the Lord of the worlds.

85. ãÐãÇåÃã® ákå¯áQ ãÐãÇåÃãc ÔÃá® ãÐäÃã âkåÇádåÂáB All Praise is for Alláh for His patience despite His knowledge.

86. ãÐãWánåk⺠ákå¯áQ ãÍãÒå·á® ÔÃá® ãÐäÃã âkåÇádåÂB áÑ All Praise is for Alláh for His forgiveness despite His power.

87. ãÐãRá£á² Ø㶠ãÐãWCáÊáB ãÁåÒ⦠ÔÃá® ãÐäÃã âkåÇádåÂB Ñ á All Praise is for Alláh for the lengthy respite He gives despite His anger,

88. âkåÖãoâÖ CáÆ ÔÃá® çnãjCẠáÒâÎ áÑ though He has the power to do as He wills.

89. ã¼åÃáhåÂB ã¼ãÂCág ãÐäÃã âkåÇádåÂáB All Praise is for Alláh the creator of all creation,

90. ãbCáRå{ãÛB ã¼ãÂCᶠã¹åpãäoÂB ã¨ãsCáQ the provider of plentiful sustenance, the cleaver of the dawn,

91. ãÅCá¯åÊãÛåB áÑ ãÄå£á·åÂB áÑ ãÅBáoå¾ãÛåB áÑ ãÁáÚá`åÂB Óãl possessor of Glory and Honor, and Excellence and Blessings,

92. ÓÒå`áäËÂB ákãÏáxᶠáPâoẠáÑ ÓoâÖ áÚᶠákâ¯áQ ÕãmáäÂB who is far and thus cannot be seen, but is close and thus witnesses secret conversations.

93. ÔÂCá¯áW áÑ á½ánCáRáW Blessed and Exalted be His name.

94. âkåÇádåÂáB âÐâÂãjCá¯âäÖ ç­ ãpCáËâÆ âÐá áuå×á ÕãmáäÂB ãÐäÃã All Praise is for Alláh who has no equal who argues with Him,

95. áÙ áÑ âÍâkã¢Cá¯âäÖ çoå×ãÏ᪠áÙ áÑ âÐâÃã¾CáxâäÖ çÐå×ãRáw nor anyone similar to Him, nor any Helper to support Him.

96. áADáäqã®áÛåB ãÐãWáäqã¯ãQ áoáÏẠâAEáÇá«â¯åÂB ãÐãXáÇá«á¯ã á°á¢BáÒáW áÑ He overpowers the mighty by His strength, and the great humble themselves before His greatness.

97. âAEáxáÖ CáÆ ãÐãWánåkâ»ãQ á´áÃáRᶠHe accomplishes what He wishes through His power.

98. âkåÇádåÂáB ãÐåÖãjCáÊâB áÌå×ãc ØãËâRå×ã`âÖ ÕãmáäÂB ãÐäÃã All Praise is for Alláh who answers me when I call Him,

99. ãÐå×ã|å®áB CáÊáB áäÑ èTánåÒá® áäÄâ¾ áäØáÃá® âoâXåtáÖ áÑ covers all my faults yet I disobey Him,

100. ãÐåÖãpCá_âB áÚᶠáäØáÃá® áUáÇå¯ãäËÂB âÈãä«á¯âÖ áÑ increases His bounties on me but I do not acknowledge them.

101. ØãÊCá§å®áB åkẠèUáNå×ãËáÎ èUáRãÎåÒáÆ åÌãÆ åÈá¿á¶ How many pleasant gifts He has given me,

102. èUá`åÏáQ áÑ ØãÊCá·á¾ åkẠèUá¶åÒâháäÆ èUáÇå×ã«á® áÑ ØãÊBánáB åkẠèUá»ãÊåÒâäÆ how many great fears He has removed, and how many delightful joys He has shown me.

103. ØãËå[âCᶠCædãäRátâÆ âÍâoâ¾åláB áäÑ BækãÆCác ãÐå×áÃá® Thus I glorify Him, thanking Him and I remember Him with praise.

104. âÐâQCá`ãc âÀáXåÏâÖ áÙ ÕãmáäÂB ãÐäÃã âkåÇádåÂáB âÐâQCáQ â¼áÃå³âÖ áÙ áÑ All praise is for Alláh, whose curtains cannot be opened, whose doors cannot be locked,

105. âÐâÃãÆD âSáä×áhâÖ áÙ áÑ âÐâÃãMCás âäjáoâÖ áÙ áÑ who does not reject the one who asks Him, and who does not disappoint the one who places hope in Him.

106. áÌå×ã·ãMEáhåÂB âÌãÆåKâÖ ÕãmáäÂB ãÐäÃã âkåÇádåÂáB All Praise is for Alláh, who provides safety for the frightened,

107. Øãä`áËâÖ áÑ áÌå×ã·á¯å£áXåtâÇå ÂB â°á¶åoáÖ áÑ áÌå×ãdãÂCáä|ÂB rescues the virtuous, raises the oppressed,

108. â°á£áÖ áÑ Cæ¾åÒâÃâÆ âÀãÃåÏâÖ áÑ áÌåÖãoãRå¿áXå tâÇåÂB humiliates the proud, destroys kings,

109. áÌåÖãoágD â¸ãÃåháXåtáÖ áÑ and replaces them with others.

110. áÌåÖãnCáäRá`åÂB ãÈã{CẠãÐäÃã âkåÇádåÂB áÑ All Praise is for Alláh, who crushes the tyrants,

111. áÌå×ãQãnCáÏåÂB ã½ãnåkâÆ áÌå×ãÇãÂCáä«ÂB ãoå×ãRâÆ annihilates the oppressors, watches over the runaways,

112. áÌå×ãgãoå|áXåtâÇå B ãiåÖãoá{ áÌå×ãÇãÂCáä«ÂB ãÁCá¿áÊ punishes the oppressors, assists those who cry for help,

113. °ã¢åÒáÆ áÌå×ãËãÆåKâÇåÂB ãkáÇáXå¯âÆ áÌå×ãRãÂCáä§ÂB ãVCá_Các ã grants the requests of the beseechers, and is the confidence of the believers.

114. âká®åoáW ãÐãXá×åxág åÌãÆ ÕãmáäÂB ãÐäÃã âkåÇádåÂáB CáÏâÊCáä¿âs áÑ âAEáÇáätÂB All praise is for Alláh in whose awe the skies and its inhabitants shake,

115. CáÎânCáäÇâ® áÑ â¡ånáÛåB â¸â_åoáW áÑ the earth and its inhabitants tremble,

116. âeáRåtáÖ åÌáÆ áÑ ânCádãRåÂB â^åÒâÇáW áÑ CáÏãWBáoáÇá² Ø㶠the sea and all that swims in it billow.

117. BámÏã CáÊBákáÎ ÕãmáäÂB ãÐäÃã âkåÇádåÂáB All praise is for Alláh who guided us to this

118. âÐäÃÂB CáÊBákáÎ åÉáB áÙ åÒá áÕãkáXåÏáËã CáäËâ¾ CáÆ áÑ and we would not have been guided had Alláh not guided us to this.

119. å¼áÃåhâÖ åÈá áÑ â¼âÃåháÖ ÕãmáäÂB ãÐäÃã âkåÇádåÂáB All Praise is for Alláh who creates but is not created,

120. áÑ âÈá¯å§âÖ áÙ áÑ âÈã¯å§âÖ áÑ â¹ápåoâÖ áÙ áÑ â¹âpåoáÖ gives sustenance but is not given sustenance, feeds but is not fed

121. ÔWåÒáÇåÂB Øã×ådâÖ áÑ áAEá×åcáÛåB âYå×ãÇâÖ áÑ causes the living to die, and gives life to the dead.

122. âoå×áhåÂB ãÍãká×ãQ âVåÒâÇáÖ áäÙ çäØác áÒâÎ áÑ He is Ever-Living and does not die, (and) in His control is all good,

123. çoåÖãkẠèAåØáw ãäÄâ¾ ÔÃá® áÒâÎ áÑ and He has power over all things.

124. ÀãÂåÒâsán áÑ á½ãkåRá® èkáäÇádâÆ ÔÃá® ãäÄá{ áäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Alláh send Your Blessings on Muhammad, Your servant, Your Messenger,

125. ÀãRå×ãRác áÑ áÀãä×ã·á{ áÑ áÀãËå×ãÆáB áÑ Your trustee, Your chosen One, Your beloved,

126. áÀãWáoá×ãg áÑ á½ãäoãs ã¬ã¶Các áÑ áÀã»åÃág åÌãÆ áÀãWáÙCásãn ã´ãäÃáRâÆ áÑ the best of Your creation, the preserver of Your secrets, and the preacher of Your messages,

127. ÄáÇå_áB áÑ áÌátåcáB áÑ áÄá£å¶áB Ô¾åpáB áÑ áÄáÇå¾áB áÑ the most superior, elegant, handsome, perfect, upright,

128. ÔËåsáB áÑ áoáÏå¦áB áÑ áSá×å¦áB áÑ ÔÇåÊáB áÑ prosperous, pleasant, holy and sublime,

129. áYåÇáäcáoáW áÑ áYå¾ánCáQ áÑ áYå×áäÃá{ CáÆ áoá\å¾áB áÑ more than what You have blessed, given, had mercy,

130. åÌãäÆ èkácáB ÔÃá® áYåÇáäÃás áÑ áYåËáäËádáW áÑ áÀãMEá×ãRåÊáB áÑ á½ãjCáRã® sympathised and greeted, anyone from Your servants, Your Prophets,

131. ãUáÆBáoá¿åÂB ãÄåÎáB áÑ áÀãWáÒå·ã{ áÑ áÀãÃâsân áÑ áÀã»åÃág åÌãÆ áÀå×áÃá® Your Messengers, Your chosen ones and the honorable ones from Your creation.

132. áäÈâÏäÃÂáB áÌå×ãËãÆåKâÇåÂB ãoå×ãÆáB èäØãÃá® ÔÃá® ãäÄá{ áÑ O Alláh, and send Your blessings on `Alí, the commander of the faithful,

133. Ìå×ãÇáÂCá¯åÂB ãäPán ãÁåÒâsán ãäØã{áÑ áÑ and the successor of the Messenger of the Lord of the worlds.

134. Ñ áÀãÂåÒâsán ØãgáB áÑ áÀãä×ãÂáÑ áÑ á½ãkåRá® áÀã»åÃág ÔÃá® áÀãXáä`âc Your servant, Your friend, the brother of Your Messenger, Your proof over creation,

135. ãÈå×ã«á¯åÂB ãGáRáäËÂB áÑ ÓoåRâ¿åÂB áÀãXáÖB áÑ Your great sign, and the mighty awaited news.

136. ãTáoãÎCáä§ÂB ãUá»åÖãäkãä|ÂB ÔÃá® ãäÄá{ áÑ And send blessings on the truthful, pure (lady)

137. áUáÇã¦CᶠáÌå×ãÇáÂCá¯åÂB ãAEátãÊ ãTákãä×ás ãADáoåÎáäqÂB Fátima al­Zahrá, the leader of the women of the worlds.

138. ãUáÇåcáäoÂB ãØá§åRãs ÔÃá® ãäÄá{ áÑ ÓkâÏåÂB ãØáÆCáÆãB áÑ And send Your blessings on the two grandsons of mercy (unto the world), the leaders of guidance,

139. Õákãä×ás ãÌå×átâdåÂB áÑ ãÌátádåÂáB ãUáäËá`åÂB ãÄåÎáB ãPCáRáw al-Hassan and al-Hussayn, the leaders of the youths of Paradise.

140. , áÌå×ãÇãÃåtâÇåÂB ãUáäÇãMáB ÔÃá® ãäÄá{ áÑ ãÌå×átâdåÂB áÌåQ ãäØãÃá® And send blessings on the leaders of Muslims,`Alí son of Husayn,

141. èäØãÃá® áÌåQ ãkáäÇádâÆ áÑ Muhammad son of `Alí,

142. káäÇádâÆ ãÌåQ ãoá·å¯á_ áÑ Ja`far son of Muhammad,

143. èoá·å¯á_ ãÌåQ ÔásåÒâÆ áÑ Músa son of Ja`far,

144. ÔsåÒâÆ ãÌåQ ãäØãÃá® áÑ `Alí son of Músa,

145. ØãÃá® ãÌåQ ãkáäÇádâÆ áÑ Muhammad son of `Alí,

146. káäÇádâÆ ãÌåQ ãäØãÃá® áÑ `Alí son of Muhammad,

147. ØãÃá® ãÌåQ ãÌátádåÂB áÑ Hasan son of `Alí,

148. ÕãkåÏáÇåÂB áÕãjCáÏåÂB ã¸áÃáhåÂB áÑ and the successor, the guide, and the rightly guided.

149. ÔÃá® áÀã`á`âc á½ãjáÚãQ Ø㶠áÀãMEáËáÆâB áÑ á½ãjCáRã® (These are) Your proofs over Your servants, Your trustees on Your land.

150. æUáÇãMDáj æTáoå×ã\á¾ æTÒÃá{ Bless (them with) numerous and continuous blessings.

151. ½ãoåÆáB ãäØãÂáÑ ÔÃá® ãäÄá{ áÑ áäÈâÏäÃÂáB ãÄáäÆáKâÇåÂB ãÈãMEá»åÂB O Alláh send blessings on the guardian of Your orders, the one who will rise,

152. oá«áXåËâÇåÂB ãÁåká¯åÂB áÑ áÌå×ãQáäoá»âÇåÂB áÀãXá¿ãMÞáÇãQ âÐáä·âc áÑ the one hoped for, the awaited justice. Surround him with Your favourite angels

153. ãrâkâ»åÂB ãbåÑâoãQ âÍåkãäÖáB áÑ áÌå×ãÇáÂCá¯åÂB áäPán CáÖ and assist him with the holy spirit, O Lord of the worlds.

154. ÀãQCáXã¾ ÔÂãB áØã®BáäkÂB âÐåÃá¯å_B áäÈâÏäÃÂáB áÀãËåÖãkãQ áÈãMEá»åÂB áÑ O Alláh, appoint him to invite towards Your book to establish Your religion.

155. áYå·áÃåháXåsB CáÇá¾ ã¡ånáÛåB Ø㶠âÐå·ãÃåháXåsãB ãÐãÃåRẠåÌãÆ áÌåÖãmáäÂB Make him the successor on the earth as You caused others to succeed before him.

156. âÐá âÐáXå×á£áWånB ÕãmáäÂB âÐáËåÖãj âÐá åÌãä¿áÆ Establish for him his religion which You have approved for him.

157. ½âkâRå¯áÖ CæËåÆáB ãÐã¶åÒág ãkå¯áQ åÌãÆ âÐåÂãkåQáB CæNå×áw áÀãQ â½ãoåxâÖ áÙ Give him security after fear (so) he worships You and does not associate any with You.

158. áÑ ãÐãQ åpãqå®áB áÑ âÍáäqã®áB áäÈâÏäÃÂáB ãÐãQ åoã|áXåÊB áÑ âÍåoâ|åÊB O Alláh, give him power and through him strengthen (others), help him and help (others) through him.

159. âÍåoâ|åÊB áÑ Bæoå×ãtáäÖ CædåXᶠâÐá åeáXå¶B áÑ BæqåÖãqá® Bæoå|áÊ Help him with a mighty help, and give him an easy victory,

160. Bæoå×ã|äÊ CæÊCá§åÃâs áÀåÊâká åÌãÆ âÐá åÄá¯å_B áÑ and grant him an assisting authority from You.

161. áÀãä×ãRáÊ áUáäËâs áÑ áÀáËåÖãj ãÐãQ åoãÏåªáB áäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Alláh, make manifest through him Your religion and the way of Your Prophet,

162. ãä¼ádåÂB áÌãÆ èOå×áxãQ áØã·åháXåtáÖ áÙ ÔäXác ã¼åÃáhåÂB áÌãäÆ èkácáB áUá¶CáháÆ until nothing from the truth remains hidden from any human being.

163. áäÈâÏäÃÂáB èUáÇåÖãoá¾ èUáÂåÑáj Ø㶠áÀå×áÂãB âSá²åoáÊ CáäÊãB O Alláh, we earnestly desire from You an honored state,

164. âäÁãmâW áÑ âÐáÃåÎáB áÑ áÅáÚåsãÛåB CáÏãQ âäqã¯âW âÐáÃåÎáB áÑ á¹Cá·ãäËÂB CáÏãQ through which You strengthen Islám and its people and degrade hypocrisy and its followers.

165. áÀãXá®CᦠÔÂãB ãTCá®âäkÂB áÌãÆ CáÏå×㶠CáËâÃá¯å`áW áÑ And make us in it amongst the inviters towards Your obedience,

166. áÀãÃå×ãRás ÔÂãB ãTájCá»åÂB áÑ and the leaders to Your path.

167. ãTáoãgáÛåB áÑ Cá×åÊâäkÂB áUáÆBáoá¾ CáÏãQ CáËâºâpåoáW áÑ Give us through it honor of the world and the Hereafter.

168. âÍCáËåÃãäÇádᶠãä¼ádåÂB áÌãÆ CáËáXå¶áäoá® CáÆ áäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Alláh, what You have made known to us of the truth, help us bear it,

169. âÍCáËå³ãäÃáRᶠâÐåËá® CáÊåoâ|ẠCáÆ áÑ and what we fall short, make us reach it.

170. ãÐãQ åÈâÇåÂB áäÈâÏäÃÂáB CáËá®åká{ ãÐãQ åSá¯åwB áÑ CáËá\á¯áw O Alláh, through him put order in our affairs, gather and unite our flocks,

171. CáËáXáäÃ㺠ãÐãQ åoãä\á¾ áÑ CáËá»åXᶠãÐãQ å¼âWånB áÑ join together our separations, increase our minority,

172. CáËáÃãMEá® ãÐãQ ãÌå²áB áÑ CáËáXáäÂãl ãÐãQ åpãqå®áB áÑ lift us from degradation, relieve our miseries,

173. ã¤åºB áÑ CáÊáoå»á¶ ãÐãQ åoâRå_B áÑ CáËãÆáoå³âÆ åÌá® ãÐãQ pull us out of our debts, remove our poverty,

174. CáÊáoåtâ® ãÐãQ åoãätáÖ áÑ CáËáXáäÃág ãÐãQ áäkâs áÑ fill the gaps in our confusion, ease our difficulties,

175. CáÊáoåsáB ãÐãQ áäÀⶠáÑ CáËáÎåÒâ_âÑ ãÐãQ å¤ãä×áQ áÑ brighten our faces, free our prisoners,

176. åeã`åÊáB áÑ CáÊákå×ã®BáÒáÆ ãÐãQ åqã`åÊáB áÑ CáËáXáRãÃᦠãÐãQ grant our requests, fulfill our promises,

177. åSã`áXåsB áÑ CáËáÂåKâs ãÐãQ CáËã§å®áB áÑ CáËáWáÒå®áj ãÐãQ answer our calls, grant us our requests,

178. CáËáÂCáÆD ãTáoãgáÛåB áÑ Cá×åÊâákÂB áÌãÆ ãÐãQ CáËå³ãäÃáQ áÑ cause us to obtain what we hope for, from this world and the hereafter,

179. CáËãXáRå²án á¹åÒᶠãÐãQ CáËã§å®áB áÑ and give us more than our expectations.

180. áÌå×ãÂåÑâKåtáÇå B áoå×ág CáÖ áÌå×ã§å¯âÇåÂB â°ásåÑáB áÑ O the best of all who are asked and the most generous of bestowers,

181. åSãÎåláB áÑ CáÊánåÑâkâ{ ãÐãQ ã¸åwãB CáËãQåÒâÃ⺠á¬å×á² ãÐãQ through him, cleanse our chests, remove the stains of anger and hatred from our hearts,

182. ãÐå×㶠á¸ãÃâXågB CáÇã ãÐãQ CáÊãkåÎB áÑ áÀãÊålãCãQ ã ä¼ádåÂB áÌãÆ and guide us to the truth on disputed matters, by Your permission.

183. âAEáxáW åÌáÆ ÕãkåÏáW ÀáäÊãB èÈå×ã»áXåtâäÆ è¥Báoã{ ÔÂãB Surely You guide whom You wish to the right path.

184. CáÊãäÑâká® áÑ á½ãäÑâká® ÔÃá® ãÐãQ CáÊåoâ|åÊB áÑ Through him help us to overcome Your enemy and our enemy.

185. áÌå×ãÆD ãä¼ádåÂB áÐÂãB O God of truth, Amen.

186. áÀå×áÂãB BåÒâ¿åxáÊ CáäÊãB áäÈâÏäÃÂáB ãÐãÂB áÑ ãÐå×áÃá® áÀâWBáÒáÃá{ CáËãä×ãRáÊ ákå»á¶ O Alláh, we complain to You of the absence of our Prophet, Your blessings be on him and his family,

187. CáÊãäÑâká® áTáoå\á¾ áÑ CáËãä×ãÂáÑ áUáRå×á² áÑ the concealment of our leader, the abundance of our enemies,

188. CáËãQ ãÌáXã·åÂB áTáäkãw áÑ CáÊãjáká® áUáäÃ㺠áÑ the scarcity of our numbers, the severity of our trials,

189. CáËå×áÃá® ãÉCáÆáäqÂB áoâÎCá«áW áÑ and the victory of the era against us.

190. ãÐãÂB áäÑ èkáäÇádâÆ ÔÃá® ãäÄá|ᶠSo bless Muhammad and his family

191. âÐâÃãä`á¯âW áÀåËãäÆ èeåXá·ãQ áÀãÂBál ÔÃá® CáäËã®áB áÑ and help us overcome that by granting us an immediate victory,

192. Ñ âÍâäqã¯âW èoå|áÊ áÑ âÐâ·ãxå¿áW èäoâ£ãQ áÑ âÍâoãÏå«âW èä¼ác ãÉCá§åÃâs dispersing miseries, giving us a help that strengthens, providing an authority of truth which You manifest,

193. CáÎCáËâÃãäÃá`âW áÀåËãäÆ èUáÇåcán áÑ CáÎCáËâtãRåÃâW áÀåËãäÆ èUá×ã¶Cá® áÑ a mercy from You which is clear to us,and a well­being from You which clothes us

194. .áÌå×ãÇãcBáäoÂB áÈácånáB CáÖ áÀãXáÇåcáoãQ by Your mercy, O most Merciful.

196. áä ÔÃá® ãäÄá{ ÈâÏäÃÂáB èkáäÇádâÆ ãÁB áäÑ èkáäÇádâÆ Alláh bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.

197. ãÈå×ãcáäoÂB ãÌÇåcáäoÂB ãÐäÃÂB ãÈåtãQ In the name of Alláh the Beneficent, the Merciful.

198. áÀãXáÇåcáoãQ áäÈâÏäÃÂáB CáËåÃãgåjáCᶠáÌå×ãdãÂCáä|ÂB Ø㶠O Alláh, by Your mercy, include us with the virtuous,

199. CáËå¯á¶ånCᶠáÌå×ãä×ãäÃã® Ø㶠áÑ raise us to be with the distinguished people,

200. èÌå×á® åÌãäÆ èÌå×ã¯áäÆ åÌãäÆ èrGá¿ãQ áÑ CáËã»åsCᶠèÄå×ãRátåÃás make us drink a cup of water from the spring of salsabíl,

201. áÌãÆ áÑ CáËå_ãäÑáqᶠáÀãXáÇåcáoåQ ãÌå×ã¯åÂB ãnåÒâdåÂB pair us with houris, by Your mercy,

202. åÈâÏáäÊGá¾ áÌåÖãkáäÃáhâÇåÂB ãÉBákåÂãÒåÂB áÌãÆ áÑ CáËåÆãkågáCᶠçÉåÒâËå¿áäÆ çKâÂåKâ give us the service of the young heavenly helpers, well groomed like pearls,

203. ãUáäËá`åÂB ãnCáÇã[ åÌãÆ áÑ CáËåÇã¯å¦áCᶠãoå×áä§ÂB ãÅåÒâdâ áÑ feed us with the fruits of Paradise, and the flesh of birds,

204. ãoåÖãoádåÂB áÑ ãrâkåËâätÂB ãPCá×ã[ åÌãÆ áÑ CáËåtãRåÂáCᶠã¹áoåRáXåsÛB áÑ and clothe us with robes of thick brocade of silk and gold.

205. ããÅBáoádåÂB áÀãXå×áQ áäaác áÑ ãnåká»åÂB áUáÃå×á áÑ Grant us the benefits, of the night of power, and the pilgrimage to Your sacred house,

206. CáËá å¼ãä¶áÒᶠáÀãÃå×ãRás Ø㶠æÚåXẠáÑ and of dying in Your way.

207. áeãÂCá{ áÑ CáËá åSã`áXåsCᶠãUáÃáNåtáÇåÂB áÑ ãAEá®âäkÂB Answer our prayers, and requests, which are good.

208. áÌåÖãoãgÝB áÑ áÌå×ãÂáäÑÛB áYå¯áÇá_ BálãB áÑ CáËåÇácånCᶠãUáÆCá×ã»åÂB áÅåÒáÖ and when You gather the people, of the earlier and later periods, on the Day of Judgement, have mercy on us,

209. CáËá åSâXå¾CᶠãnCáäËÂB áÌãäÆ æUáMDáoáQ áÑ write for us a protection from the fire,

210. CáËáäÃâ³áW áÚᶠáÈáäËáÏá_ Ø㶠áÑ and do not confine us to Hell,

211. CáËãÃáXåRáW áÚᶠáÀãÊBáÒáÎ áÑ áÀãQBámá® Ø㶠áÑ and try us not with Your punishment and disgrace.

212. CáËåÇã¯å§âW áÚᶠã°åÖãoáä£ÂB áÑ ãÅåÒâäºáäqÂB áÌãÆ áÑ Feed us not from the bitter tree, nor the thorny fruit (of Hell),

213. CáËåÃá¯å`áW áÚᶠãÌå×ã¦Cá×áäxÂB á°áÆ áÑ do not place us with the devils,

214. CáËåRâRå¿áW áÚᶠCáËãÎåÒâ_âÑ ÔÃá® ãnCáäËÂB Ø㶠áÑ nor throw us face downwards in Hell,

215. ãÄå×ãQBáoás áÑ ãnCáäËÂB ãPCá×ã[ åÌãÆ áÑ CáËåtãRåÃâW áÚᶠãÉBáoã§á»åÂB and do not clothe us with the flames and tar of Hell.

216. áYåÊáB áäÙãB áÐÂãB áÙ CáÖ èAåÒâs ãäÄâ¾ åÌãÆ áÑ Save us from all evil, O there is no god but You,

217. CáËãä`áËᶠáYåÊáB áäÙãB áÐÂãB áÙ ãä¼ádãQ for the sake of there being no god but You, save us.

219. èkáäÇádâÆ ãÁB áäÑ èkáäÇádâÆ ÔÃá® ãäÄá{ áäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Alláh bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.

220. ãÈå×ãcáäoÂB ãÌÇåcáäoÂB ãÐäÃÂB ãÈåtãQ In the name of Alláh the Beneficent, the Merciful.

221. áÄá¯å`áW åÉáB áÀâÃáNåsáB ØãäÊãB áäÈâÏäÃÂáB ånãäká»âW áÑ Øã£å»áW CáÇå×㶠O Alláh, I beseech You to place, in what You destine and decree,

222. ãÈå×ã¿ádåÂB ãoåÆáÛB Ø㶠ãÅåÒâXådáÇåÂB ãoåÆÛB áÌãÆ from the orders which are definite, and orders which are wise,

223. âÁáäkáRâÖ áÙ áÑ âäjáoâÖ áÙ ÕãmáäÂB ãAEá£á»åÂB áÌãÆ from the decree which is not reversed nor changed,

224. ãÅBáoádåÂB áÀãXå×áQ ã^Cáä`âc åÌãÆ ØãËáRâXå¿áW åÉáB write my name as one of the pilgrims of Your sacred house,

225. åÈâÏâ×å¯ás ãnåÒâ¿åxáÇåÂáB åÈâÏâä`ác ãnåÑâoåRáÇåÂB whose hajj is approved, whose efforts are appreciated,

226. åÈãÏãWGáNãä×ás åÌá® ãoáä·á¿âÇåÂáB åÈâÏâQåÒâÊâl ãnåÒâ·å³áÇåÂáB whose sins are forgiven, and whose evil deeds are pardoned.

227. ânãäká»âW áÑ Øã£å»áW CáÇå×㶠áÄá¯å`áW åÉáB áÑ and place for me, in what You destine and decree,

228. èUá×ã¶Cá® áäÑ èoå×ág Ø㶠ÕãoåÇâ® áÄå×ã§âW åÉáB a lengthening of my life, in goodness and health,

229. Øãºåpãn Ø㶠á°ãäsáÒâW áÑ and an increase in my sustenance.

230. áÀãËåÖãkã ãÐãQ âoã|áXåËáW åÌáäÇãÆ ØãËáÃá¯å`áW áÑ Make me among those through whom, You support Your religion,

231. Õãoå×á² ØãQ åÁãkåRáXåtáW áÙ áÑ not substituting any in my place.

232. ãÈåÖãoá¿åÂB áÀãÏå_áÑ ãÁáÚá`ãQ âlåÒâ®áB I seek refuge with the majesty of Your gracious self.

233. áÉCá£áÆán âoåÏáw ØãäËá® áØã£á»åËáäÖ åÉáB from the passing of the month of Ramadhán,

234. ãÍãmÎ ØãXáÃå×á åÌãÆ âoå`á·åÂB á°âÃå§áÖ åÑáB or the appearance of the dawn of this night,

235. ãÐå×áÃá® ØãËâQãämá¯âW çSåÊál åÑáB çUá¯ãRáW ØãÃáR㺠áÀá áÑ while I still have a duty I have not carried out, or a sin that You may punish me for.

237. èkáäÇádâÆ ãÁB áÑ èkáäÇádâÆ ÔÃá® ãäÄá{ áäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Alláh send Your blessings on Muhammad and the family of Muhammad. Dua of Imam Muhammad Al-Taqi (a.s)

238. ãÈå×ãcáäoÂB ãÌÇåcáäoÂB ãÐäÃÂB ãÈåtãQ In the name of Alláh the Beneficent, the Merciful.

239. يَاذَاالَّذِي كَانَ قَبْل كُلِّ شَيْئٍ O He who, existed before everything else,

240. ثُمَّ خَلَقَ كُلَّ شَيْئٍ ثُمَّ يَبْقَى وَيَفْنَى كَلُّ شَيْئٍ Then created everything, Then He will remain while Everything perishes

241. يَاذَاالَّذِي لَيْسَ كَمِثْلِهِ شَيْئٍ O He who has none similar To Him

242. وَيَاذَاالَّذِي لَيْسَ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ الْعُلى O He who, There is none in the elevated Heavens,

243. وَلاَفِي الأرَضِيْنَ السُّفْلى وَلاَفَوْقَهُنَّ وَلاَتَحْتَهُنَّ nor in the deep earth, nor above them nor below them

244. وَلاَ بَيْنَهُنَّ اِلهٌ يُعْبَدُ غَيْرُهُ nor between them, A god who is worshipped besides him.

245. لَكَ الْحَمْدُ حَمْدًا لاَيَقْوَى عَلى اِحْصآئِهِ اِلاَّاَنْتَ For you is praise, a praise that cannot be comprehended, except by You.

246. فَصَلِّ عَلى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّالِ مُحَمَّدٍ Bless Muhammad and the family Of Muhammad,

247. صَلوةً لاَ يَقْوى عَلى اِحْصَآئِهَا اِلاَّاَنْتَ blessing which none can comprehend except You.

249. èkáäÇádâÆ ãÁB áäÑ èkáäÇádâÆ ÔÃá® ãäÄá{ áäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Alláh bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.

250. ãÈå×ãcáäoÂB ãÌÇåcáäoÂB ãÐäÃÂB ãÈåtãQ In the name of Alláh the Beneficent, the Merciful.

251. áÀãQCáRãQ áÉåÒâÃãMEáätÂB á¸áºáÑ ØãÏÂãB My God, the beggars are standing at Your door,

252. áÀãQCáËá`ãQ âADáoá»â·åÂB áláÙ áÑ and the needy have taken refuge with Your Honor.

253. ãÌå×ã¾CátáÇåÂB âUáËå×ã·ás åYá·áºáÑ áÑ The ship carrying the poor and humble people, is standing

254. áÀãÆáoá¾ áÑ á½ãjåÒâ_ ãoådáQ ãÄãcCás ÔÃá® at the shores of the sea of Your generosity and grace,

255. ãUácCás ÔÂãB ápBáÒá`åÂB áÉåÒâ_åoáÖ áÀãXáÇåcán hoping for permission to cross to the shores of Your mercy

256. Ø㶠âÈácåoáW áÙ áYåËâ¾ åÉãB ØãÏÂãB ã¸åÖãoáäxÂB ãoåÏáäxÂB BámÎ My God, if You do not forgive, in this honored month,

257. ãÐãÆCá×㺠áÑ ãÐãÆCá×ã{ Ø㶠áÀá á}áÃågáB åÌáÇã áäÙãB except the one who has sincerely purified himself for You in his fasting and prayers,

258. ãoãä|á»âÇåÂB ãSãÊåmâÇåÃã åÌáÇᶠãÐãÆCá[D áÑ ãÐãQåÒâÊâl ãoådáQ Ø㶠á¹ãoá² BálãB then who is there for the negligent sinner, when he drowns in the sea of his ?

259. áäÙãB âÈácåoáW áÙ áYåËâ¾ åÉãB ØãÏÂãB áÌå×ã{Cá¯åÃã åÌáÇá¶,áÌå×ã¯å×ã§âÇåÂB My God, if You do not have mercy on any, except the obedient, then who is there for the disobedient?

260. , áÌå×ãÃãÆCá¯åÂB áÌãÆ áäÙãB âÄáRå»áW áÙ áYåËâ¾ åÉãB áÑ áÌåÖãoãä|á»âÇåÃã åÌáÇᶠAnd if You do not accept from any, except the performers of (good) actions, then who is there for those who fall short?

261. áÉåÒâÇãMEá»åÂB ápCᶠáÑ áÉåÒâÇãMEáä|ÂB áeãQán ØãÏÂãB My God, those who fast have profited, those who stay up in prayer have won,

262. , áÉåÒâ|ãÃåhâÇåÂB Ôá`áÊ áÑ ÉåÒâRãÊåmâÇåÂB á½âkå×ãRá® âÌådáÊ áÑ and those who are sincere have succeeded, but we are Your sinful servants!

263. CáËå»ãXå®áB áÑ áÀãXáÇåcáoãQ CáËåÇácånCᶠâÈåÖãoá¾ CáÖ á½ãÒå·á¯ãQ ãnCáäËÂB áÌãÆ So be kind to us through You mercy, and save us from the fire through Your forgiveness, O Gracious (One).

264. áÌå×ãÇãcBáäoÂB áÈácånáB CáÖ O Most Merciful.

265. áÌåÖãoãÎCáä§ÂB ãÐãÂB áäÑ èkáäÇádâÆ ÔÃá® âÐäÃÂB ÔáäÃá{ áÑ O Alláh, bless Muhammad and his family, the purified ones.

267. ãÈå×ãcáäoÂB ãÌÇåcáäoÂB ãÐäÃÂB ãÈåtãQ In the name of Alláh the Beneficent, the Merciful.

268. èkáäÇádâÆ ãÁB áäÑ èkáäÇádâÆ ÔÃá® ãäÄá{ áäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Alláh bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.

269. ãÁáqåËâÇåÂB áÀãQCáXã¿ Ø㶠áYåÃ⺠áÀáäÊãB áäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Alláh, You have said in Your revealed book,

270. âÉDåoâ»åÂB ãÐå×㶠áÁãqåÊâB ÕãmáäÂB áÉCá£áÆán âoåÏáw the month of Rama_án, in which the Qur’án was sent,

271. ãÉCáºåoâ·åÂB áÑ ÓkâÏåÂB áÌãäÆ èVCáËãä×áQ áÑ ãrCáäËÃãä ÓækâÎ a guidance for humankind, and clear signs of guidance and distinction (2:185).

272. ãÉDåoâ»åÂB áÌãÆ ãÐå×㶠áYåÂáqåÊáB CáÇãQ áÉCá£áÆán ãoåÏáw áUáÆåoâc áYåÇáä«á¯á¶ So You have magnified the sanctity, of the month of Rama_án, by revealing the Qur’án in it.

273. èoåÏáw ã¸åÂáB åÌãäÆ Bæoå×ág CáÏáXåÃá¯á_ áÑ ãnåká»åÂB ãUáÃå×áÃãQ âÐáXå|á|ág áÑ And You have made it special, by placing the night of Qadr in it, making it better than a thousand months.

274. åYá£á»åÊB ãkẠáÉCá£áÆán ãoåÏáw âÅCáäÖáB ãÍãmÎ áÑ áäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Alláh, and now, the days of Rama_án are nearing completion,

275. åYáÆáäoá|áW åkẠãÐå×ãÂCá×á áÑ and the nights are leaving us.

276. ØãäËãÆ ãÐãQ âÈáÃå®áB áYåÊáB CáÆ ÔÂãB âÐåËãÆ ØãÏÂãB CáÖ âVåoã{ åkẠáÑ And You know better than me what status I have reached in this month,

277. áÌå×ã¯áÇå_áB ã¼åÃáhåÂB áÌãÆ ãÍãjáká¯ã Ô|åcáB áÑ for You alone can calculate it, from all of creation.

278. áÉåÒâQáäoá»âÇåÂB áÀâXá¿ãMÞáÆ ãÐãQ áÀáÃáNás CáÇãQ áÀâÃáNåsáCᶠáÉåÒâdãÂCáä|ÂB á½âjCáRã® áÑ áÉåÒâÃásåoâÇåÂB áÀâMEá×ãRåÊáB áÑ So I ask You by what, the angels close to You, Your sent Prophets, and Your virtuous servants, have asked.

279. èkáäÇádâÆ ãÁB áäÑ èkáäÇádâÆ ÔÃá® áØãäÃá|âW åÉáB That You bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad,

280. áÀãXáÇåcáoãQ áUáäËá`åÂB ØãËáÃãgåkâW áÑ ãnCáäËÂB áÌãÆ ØãXáRáºán áäÀâ·áW åÉáB áÑ and save me from the fire, and make me enter Heaven, by Your mercy.

281. áÀãÆáoá¿ áÑ á½ãÒå·á¯ãQ áäØáÃá® áÄáä£á·áXáW åÉáB áÑ Favour me by Your forgiveness and grace,

282. ØãMEá®âj áSå×ã`áXåtáW áÑ ØãQâäoá»áW áÄáäRá»áXáW áÑ accept my seeking nearness to You, and answer my prayer.

283. ãµåÒáhåÂB áÅåÒáÖ ãÌåÆáÛCãQ áäØáÃá® áäÌâÇáW áÑ Grant me security on the day of fear,

284. ãUáÆCá×ã»åÂB ãÅåÒá×ã âÐáWåjákå®áB èÁåÒáÎ ãäÄâ¿ åÌãÆ from every horror You have prepared for the Day of Judgement.

285. ãÈåÖãoá¿åÂB áÀãÏå_áÒãQ âlåÒâ®áB áÑ ØãÏÂãB My God, I seek refuge with Your gracious self,

286. ãÈå×ã«á¯åÂB áÀãÂáÚá`ãQ áÑ and Your mighty power,

287. ãÐå×ãÂCá×á áÑ áÉCá£áÆán âoåÏáw âÅCáäÖáB áØã£á»åËáäÖ åÉáB from (such a state) that the days and nights of Rama_án reach completion,

288. ãÐãQ ØãÊâmãgBáKâW çSåÊál åÑáB çUá¯ãRáW ØãÃáR㺠áÀá áÑ and there still remains a sin on me, that You will account me for,

289. Øã CáÎåoã·å³áW åÈá ØãäËãÆ CáÏáä|áXå»áW åÉáB âkåÖãoâW çUáNå×ã§ág åÑáB or a mistake that You have not forgiven me.

290. Õãkãä×ás Õãkãä×ás Õãkãä×ás My Master, my Master, my Master,

291. áYåÊáB áäÙãB áÐÂãB áÙ CáÖ áÀâÃáNåsáB I ask You, there is no God but You,

292. áYåÊáB áäÙãB áÐÂãB áÙ ålãB for surely there is no God but You,

293. Cæ¢ãn ØãäËá® åjájåpCᶠãoåÏáäxÂB BámÎ Ø㶠ØãäËá® áYå×ã¢án áYåËâ¿ åÉãB if You are pleased with me in this month, then increase that pleasure.

294. ØãäËá® á¡ånCᶠáÉÝB áÌãÇᶠØãäËá® áYå×ã¢án åÌâ¿áW åÈá åÉãB áÑ And if You are not pleased with me then from now, be pleased with me.

295. áÌå×ãÇãcBáäoÂB áÈácånáB CáÖ O the Most Merciful of all!

296. âkáÇá{ CáÖ âkácáB CáÖ âÐäÃÂáB CáÖ O Alláh, O One, O Needless,

297. åkáÂåÒâÖ åÈá áÑ åkãÃáÖ åÈá åÌáÆ CáÖ O He who does not give birth and was not born,

298. çkácáB BæÒâ·â¿ âÐáä åÌâ¿áäÖ åÈá áÑ and there is none equal to Him.

299. ãÅáÚáätÂB ãÐå×áÃá® ájâÑBákã ãkåÖãkádåÂB áÌãä×áÃâÆ CáÖ O the softener of iron for Dawúd, peace be on him.

300. ãÐå×áÃá® áPåÒâäÖáB åÌá® ãÅCá«ã¯åÂB ãPáoâ¿åÂB áÑ ãäoâä£ÂB á¸ãwCá¿ CáÖ ãÅáÚáätÂB O the remover of harm and distress from Ayyúb, peace be on him.

301. ãÅáÚáätÂB ãÐå×áÃá® áPåÒâ»å¯áÖ ãäÈáÎ á^ãäoá·âÆ åÕáB O the reliever of the grief of Ya`qúb, peace be on him.

302. ãÅáÚáätÂB ãÐå×áÃá® á¸âsåÒâÖ ãäÈá² áuãä·áËâÆ åÕáB O the comforter of the sorrow of Yúsuf, peace be on him.

303. èkáäÇádâÆ ãÁB áäÑ èkáäÇádâÆ ÔÃá® ãäÄá{ Bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad,

304. áÌå×ã¯áÇå_áB åÈãÏå×áÃá® áØãäÃá|âW åÉáB âÐâÃåÎáB áYåÊáB CáÇá¿ the way it befits You to bless them all,

305. âÐâÃåÎáB áYåÊáB CáÆ ØãQ åÄá¯å¶BáÑ and deal with me in a manner which befits You,

306. âÐâÃåÎáB CáÊáB CáÆ åØãQ åÄá¯å·áW áÙ áÑ not in a manner which befits me.

307. ãÅáÚáätÂB ãÐå×áÃá® ájâÑBákã ãkåÖãkádåÂB áÌãä×áÃâÆ CáÖ O the softener of iron for Dawúd, peace be on him.

308. ãÐå×áÃá® áPåÒâäÖáB åÌá® ãÅCá«ã¯åÂB ãPáoâ¿åÂB áÑ ãäoâä£ÂB á¸ãwCá¿ CáÖ ãÅáÚáätÂB O the remover of harm and distress from Ayyúb, peace be on him.

309. ãÅáÚáätÂB ãÐå×áÃá® áPåÒâ»å¯áÖ ãäÈáÎ á^ãäoá·âÆ åÕáB O the reliever of the grief of Ya`qúb, peace be on him.

310. ãÅáÚáätÂB ãÐå×áÃá® á¸âsåÒâÖ ãäÈá² áuãä·áËâÆ åÕáB O the comforter of the sorrow of Yúsuf, peace be on him.

311. èkáäÇádâÆ ãÁB áäÑ èkáäÇádâÆ ÔÃá® ãäÄá{ Bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad,

312. áÌå×ã¯áÇå_áB åÈãÏå×áÃá® áØãäÃá|âW åÉáB âÐâÃåÎáB áYåÊáB CáÇá¿ the way it befits You to bless them all,

313. âÐâÃåÎáB áYåÊáB CáÆ ØãQ åÄá¯å¶BáÑ and deal with me in a manner which befits You,

314. âÐâÃåÎáB CáÊáB CáÆ åØãQ åÄá¯å·áW áÙ áÑ not in a manner which befits me.

315. ãÅáÚáätÂB ãÐå×áÃá® ájâÑBákã ãkåÖãkádåÂB áÌãä×áÃâÆ CáÖ O the softener of iron for Dawúd, peace be on him.

316. ãÐå×áÃá® áPåÒâäÖáB åÌá® ãÅCá«ã¯åÂB ãPáoâ¿åÂB áÑ ãäoâä£ÂB á¸ãwCá¿ CáÖ ãÅáÚáätÂB O the remover of harm and distress from Ayyúb, peace be on him.

317. ãÅáÚáätÂB ãÐå×áÃá® áPåÒâ»å¯áÖ ãäÈáÎ á^ãäoá·âÆ åÕáB O the reliever of the grief of Ya`qúb, peace be on him.

318. ãÅáÚáätÂB ãÐå×áÃá® á¸âsåÒâÖ ãäÈá² áuãä·áËâÆ åÕáB O the comforter of the sorrow of Yúsuf, peace be on him.

319. èkáäÇádâÆ ãÁB áäÑ èkáäÇádâÆ ÔÃá® ãäÄá{ Bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad,

320. áÌå×ã¯áÇå_áB åÈãÏå×áÃá® áØãäÃá|âW åÉáB âÐâÃåÎáB áYåÊáB CáÇá¿ the way it befits You to bless them all,

321. âÐâÃåÎáB áYåÊáB CáÆ ØãQ åÄá¯å¶BáÑ and deal with me in a manner which befits You,

322. âÐâÃåÎáB CáÊáB CáÆ åØãQ åÄá¯å·áW áÙ áÑ not in a manner which befits me.

323. èkáäÇádâÆ ãÁB áäÑ èkáäÇádâÆ ÔÃá® ãäÄá{ áäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Alláh bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.

324. ãÈå×ãcáäoÂB ãÌÇåcáäoÂB ãÐäÃÂB ãÈåtãQ In the name of Alláh the Beneficent, the Merciful.

325. èkáäÇádâÆ ãÁB áäÑ èkáäÇádâÆ ÔÃá® ãäÄá{ áäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Alláh bless Mu<ammad and the family of Mu<ammad.

326. CæwCá¯áÆ ãnCáÏáäËÂB áÑ CæsCáRã ãÄå×áäÂB áÄã®Cá_ CáÖ O (One) who made, the night a covering, and the day for seeking livelihood,

327. BæjCáWåÑáB ãÁCáRã`åÂB áÑ BæjCáÏãÆ ã¡ånáÛB áÑ and the earth a resting place, and the mountains as pegs.

328. â°å×ãÇás CáÖ âÐäÃÂáB CáÖ ânCáäRá_ CáÖ âÐäÃÂáB CáÖ âoãÎCẠCáÖ âÐäÃÂáB CáÖ O Alláh, O the Subduer, O Alláh, O the Most Powerful, O Alláh, O All­Hearing,

329. âSå×ã`âÆ CáÖ âÐäÃÂáB CáÖ âSåÖãoẠCáÖ âÐäÃÂáB CáÖ O Alláh, O (One who is) Near, O Alláh, O (the One) who Answers,

330. ÔËåtâdåÂB âAEáÇåsÛB áÀá âÐäÃÂáB CáÖ âÐäÃÂáB CáÖ âÐäÃÂáB CáÖ O Alláh, O Alláh, O Alláh, You have the most beautiful names,

331. âAÝÛB áÑ âAEáÖãoåRã¿åÂB áÑ Cá×åÃâ¯åÂB âÁCá\åÆÛB áÑ the highest examples, the grandeur, the bounties.

332. èkáäÇádâÆ ãÁB áäÑ èkáäÇádâÆ ÔÃá® áØãäÃá|âW åÉáB áÀâÃáNåsáB I beseech You to bless Mu<ammad and the family of Mu<ammad,

333. ãADáká¯âätÂB Ø㶠ãUáÃå×áäÂB ãÍãmÎ Ø㶠ØãÇåsB áÄá¯å`áW åÉáB áÑ and place my name, in this night, among the fortunate,

334. áÌå×ãä×ãäÃã® Ø㶠ØãÊCátåcãB áÑ ãADákáÏâäxÂB á°áÆ ØãcåÑân áÑ æTánåÒâ·å³áÆ ØãXáMCásãB áÑ and my soul among the martyrs, let my good deeds be (written) in the `illiyyín (book of the virtuous), and my evil deeds be forgiven.

335. ØãRåÃẠãÐãQ âoãwCáRâW CæËå×ã»áÖ Øã áSáÏáW åÉáB áÑ (And I beseech You to) grant me a certainty which gives joy to my heart,

336. CáÇãQ ØãËá×ã¢åoâW áÑ ØãäËá® áäÀáäxÂB âSãÎåmâÖ CæÊCáÇåÖãB áÑ Øã áYåÇátẠand a faith which drives doubt away from me, and make me pleased with what You have granted me.

337. æUáËátác ãTáoãgÛB Ø㶠áäÑ æUáËátác Cá×åÊâäkÂB Ø㶠CáËãWB áÑ (And I beseech You to) Give us good in this world, and good in the Hereafter,

338. ã¼åÖãoádåÂB ãnCáäËÂB áPBámá® CáË㺠áÑ and save us from the punishment of the burning fire. (2:201)

339. áÀå×áÂãB áUáRå²áäoÂB áÑ á½áoå¿âw áÑ á½áoå¿ãl CáÏå×㶠ØãËåºâpånB áÑ (And I beseech You to) grant me in it (Night of Qadr) Your remembrance, and Your gratitude, and desire for (pleasing) You,

340. èkáäÇádâÆ ãÁB áäÑ èkáäÇádâÆ âÐá áYå»áä¶áÑ CáÇã á¼å×ã¶åÒáäXÂB áÑ áUáQCáÊÛB áÑ turning (to You for repentance), and success, for all that You have granted Mu<ammad and his family,

341. âÅáÚáätÂB âÈãÏå×áÃá® áÑ ãÐå×áÃá® peace be on him and on them.

342. èkáäÇádâÆ ãÁB áäÑ èkáäÇádâÆ ÔÃá® ãäÄá{ áäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Alláh bless Mu<ammad and the family of Mu<ammad.

343. ãÈå×ãcáäoÂB ãÌÇåcáäoÂB ãÐäÃÂB ãÈåtãQ In the name of Alláh the Beneficent, the Merciful.

344. ánåÑâoâätÂB ãnåÒâRâ»åÂB ãÄåÎáB ÔÃá® åÄãgåjáB áäÈâÏÃÂáB O Alláh, gladden the people of the graves.

345. èoå×ã»á¶ áäÄâ¾ ãÌå²áB áäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Alláh, enrich every poor person.

346. è°ãMCá_ áäÄâ¾ å°ãRåwáB áäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Alláh, satisfy every hungry one.

347. èÉCáÖåoâ® áäÄâ¾ âuå¾B áäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Alláh, clothe every unclothed one.

348. ÌåÖãkáÆ ãäÄâ¾ áÌåÖáj ã¤åºB áäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Alláh, help every debtor pay his debts.

349. èPåÑâoå¿áÆ ãäÄâ¾ åÌá® å^ãäoᶠáäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Alláh, relieve every distressed one.

350. èSåÖãoá² áäÄâ¾ áäjân áäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Alláh, return every traveller (to his home).

351. èoå×ãsáB áäÄâ¾ áäÀⶠáäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Alláh release every prisoner.

352. åÌãäÆ èkãsCᶠáäÄâ¾ åeãÃå{áB áäÈâÏäÃÂáB áÌå×ãÇãÃåtâÇåÂB ãnåÒâÆâB O Alláh, correct every wrong in the affairs of the Muslims.

353. ¤åÖãoáÆ áäÄâ¾ ã¸åwB áäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Alláh, cure every sick one.

354. á½CáËã³ãQ CáÊáoå»á¶ áäkâs áäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Alláh, ease our poverty by Your wealth.

355. áÀãÂCác ãÌåtâdãQ CáËãÂCác áAåÒâs åoãä×á² áäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Alláh, change our evil state to a good one through Your excellent state.

356. áÌåÖáäkÂB CáäËá® ã¤åºBá äÈâÏáäÃÂáB O Alláh, relieve us of our debts,

357. ãoå»á·åÂB áÌãÆ CáËãËå²áB áÑ and help us against poverty.

358. çoåÖãkẠèAåØáw ãäÄâ¾ ÔÃá® áÀáäÊãB Surely You have power over all things.
