2 UCBx Catalog This course introduces fundamental relational database management system (RDBMS) concepts and data normalization principles, providing a foundation for creating simple tables, queries, forms and reports. You learn to design basic databases using data normalization rules; create tables and set properties and constraints; create table relationships; design and create queries for viewing, sorting, filtering and analyzing data; design and create simple forms for data input and data output; use basic database functions in queries; and create charts in forms and reports.
