This project seeks to benefit Port Huron, Michigan within an existing business incubator uniting the global entrepreneurial ecosystem in the development of an affordable virtual business incubator for early stage startups. This project will also be consistent with the physical business incubator's mission and objectives in support of the start-up business.

Entrepreneurial ecosystem Participants (Customers)  Traditional incubators & accelerators  Consultants  Service providers  Other organizations – that would like to incorporate a monthly recurring membership to their existing websites

Entrepreneurs (Members)  Early Stage  Pre-Funding (Crowdfunding/Angel/VC Funding Track  Post-Funding (Business Development Track)

Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Participants (Customers)  Customer Service  Best Practices  Monthly Mastermind Entrepreneurs  Self Service /DIY Model  Community Development  Our Customers are their First Point of Contact for Customer Service related issues

 Incorporation of a backend membership site that creates a recurring revenue model and allows the ability to scale.  Easy to sell the membership as the ecosystem provider is not only selling their own expertise but the expertise of the crowdsourced content provided in the membership.

 All revenue from memberships sold is not shared with anyone outside the entity.  Affiliate / Referral ID’s incorporated to each member to track sales across the backend membership site that creates a recurring revenue model and allows the ability to scale.  A business development tool as each participant agrees that a sold member does not mean that member is a client. Ability to sell services across membership backend in a closed circuit of curated partners and users.

 Affordable membership to a virtual business incubator program with excellent educational content.  Value of the membership is equal to the equivalent of the sum of the crowdsourced content, hence, they are gaining access not only to the content provided by the organization who sold them the membership, but access to everyone else’s continually updated content across the incubator.

 Members may earn free membership by referring others who purchase membership.  A business development tool to form strategic partnerships, sell services, and find investors,.  Community oriented support structure of likeminded entrepreneurs and mentors.

The virtual business incubator enterprise platform charges a 1 time set up fee to the entrepreneurial ecosystem participants to have our core team of developers install the necessary website functionality to our customers existing website to allow for memberships to be sold and access to be granted to the back end virtual business incubator.

The virtual business incubator enterprise platform charges a monthly fee based on the number of members the entrepreneurial ecosystem participants have sold as users on the back end virtual business incubator site.

For any transactions consummated within the backend virtual business incubator enterprise platform, a transaction based fee will be applied to such transactions over and above the payment processes fee.

The virtual business incubator enterprise platform will operate as Reality Crowd TV Media Corporation and use the software as their own membership model, thus earning monthly recurring membership revenue on membership sold by Reality Crowd TV Media Corporation and on the previous members from former ecosystem participants who failed to pay their monthly expenses via a membership recapture clause in the terms of service
