4 Are leaders born or made?  Good leaders are made not born  If you have the desire and willpower, you can become an effective leader.  Good leaders develop through a never ending process of self-study, education, training, and experience.

7 What type of leader are you?  Personality tests are a GREAT way to figure that out  Myers-Briggs test  Questionnaire that measures psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions  DiSC test  Assessment that classifies four aspects of behavior by testing a person’s preference in word association  Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness

8 Make the most of it…  Utilize your leadership type to your advantage  Be self-aware  Don’t try to be something your not  Plan and Do!  Learn from the experience  Don’t be afraid of mistakes  Make decisions with participation and data  BE DECISIVE
