3. File Size Any media file that is less then 100 kb can be embedded into the ppt file. Files greater must be linked. Note: You can change the 100kb limit, but things may run a bit slower.

4. So, how do you do it? 1.Make sure all your media files are saved in the same folder as your presentation. 2.Select the ‘insert’ ribbon. 3.Select video or audio from the far right. 4.Select your file.
