1. Aim : To introduce the teachers. Resources: papers and pencils Organization: Think- Pair - Share Time: 5 minutes Instruction: For two minutes think and write every thing about your self( name, hobbies, kids life....) Then give it to your partner. She will share it with us.

3. التعلّم الخماسي هو نموذج تعليمي فعّال في تدريس العلوم بمختلف فروعها في المناهج. وقد اكتسب شهرة كبيرة لانبثاقه وتوّلده عن النظرية البنائية. فالنظرية البنائية هي فكرة فلسفية تفترض أن المتعلّم يبني معرفته الجديدة اعتمادا على ما لديه من معرفة سابقة وخبرات ومعتقدات وقدرات. ويتميّز نموذج التعلّم الخماسي 5E's بأنه يراعي تسلسل اكتساب المعرفة ويضع المتعلّم بمواقف تعليمية متتالية تنقله من الجزء إلى الكل, فينهمك في أنشطة متعددة تهتم بمهارات التفكير وحل المشكلات، تضعه في حالة فقدان الإتزان والحيرة. وهذه الحالة تعتبر حافزا منشطا للمتعلّم لطلب المزيد من المعرفة واكتساب المفاهيم الجديدة والتي تعمل على تقليل توتره وترضي فضوله العلمي.

6. Making a Scenario (story)  The teacher foster positive relation with and between students and develops shared expectations for learning and interacting.  They stimulate interest and curiosity, promote questions and connect learning to real world experiences.

7. Using the scientific investigation process  The teacher present challenging tasks to support students and investigate questions, gather relevant information and develop ideas.

8. Scientific process Problem. Hypothesis /Prediction. Prior knowledge /Research. Design your investigation controlling as many variables as possible. Conduct your investigation at least (3)times. Collect data for each trial investigation (3)times. Make a graphic representation of your data. Formulate a conclusion based upon your data. Prepare a short discussion about your investigation and design to share with the rest of the class.

9. Each group will share their investigation process and results from their individual group investigation.  The teacher provide opportunities for students to demonstrate their current level of understanding through verbal and non- verbal means.

10. Connect their investigation to real life problems.  The teacher will support students to identify and define relationship between concepts and generate principles or rules.

11. Formative : evaluation will be conducted through the lesson. Summative : written evaluation  The teacher support students to continuously refine and improve their work using assessment criteria.

12. Aim : to prepare a 5Es lesson plan.. Resources: papers and pencils Organization: group work Time: 20 minutes Instruction: Try to work with your group to design or prepare a 5Es lesson plan.

13. Closure Close the lesson by restating the students learned how to conduct an investigation and challenges( procedure, variables, data,etc…..) Show them a movie. Play a game. Each group will clean up and return all the tools to their locations.
