11 Lebanon-Riverside Rotary Club We are known for our work with youth and young adults. Specifically we: Built and now help to maintain the most used park in the city, the skateboard park on Glen Road; Support literacy through our “First Grade Readers” program and support of Kilton Library children’s book program; Develop young leaders through support of Rotary Youth Leadership Award program; Promote suicide awareness for elementary and junior high students in Lebanon; and Support “Second Chance” mentoring for Drug Court participants.

12 Lebanon-Riverside Rotary Club Internationally, our club has developed a special relationship with a community in El Salvador. We have worked to: Providing food, Water purification, and High School Scholarships In the near future (October), Bill Sahlman hopes to take a group of us to El Salvador to do a build project.

13 Lebanon-Riverside Rotary Club We support Rotary global signature effort to eradicate polio worldwide in partnership with WHO, CDC and UNICEF.
