13. Will Students be Grandfathered into Orchard Hills? If an entering student has a current sibling at the school, then they will be given priority for transfers. 14. Which grades will be added first to Orchard Hills? It is dependent on student enrollment.

15. Are there plans to build a new middle school? A middle school may be built on the Legacy base.

16. Will North Park and North Park Square be split? Decisions about changing attendance areas have not been made. It will be based on space available.

17. Fundraising Due to the fact that the students will stay at the same school once starting, this will not be an issue.

18. Will a sidewalk be built for the homes on the ridge? We are trying to work with the city to address this need. However, if we are unsuccessful, then TUSD will make adjustments as necessary.
