2. The main objective of an information system is to support the decision making and to control all that occurs in it. OBJECTIVE

3. During 10 years of work, CACECA has achieved a 49% certification of the national enrollment in the superior level education in administration and accounting. There are quality standards established, these constitute a guide for the perfecting of the academic programs so that the Educational Institutions of Superior Level accomplish their mission to educate graduates who contribute to the development of the society with quality and pertinence. 4. After having finalized the evaluation instrument and the procedure used in the Faculty of Administration to present the documentary evidence, an information system is proposed to show the documentary evidence through an interface in an ordered, systematic and safe way to obtain the certification of its educational programs. The system is designed with different modules where you can appreciate, in a simple way, the different criteria to evaluate required by the certification. RESULTS

5. The initial screen contains the administrator’s login and password, only the people in charge of managing the system will have such data.

6. The second screen will store the information in each of the Educational Programs (PE) to be evaluated, favouring the evidence integration, favouring the evaluation and minimizing the revision time for the documentation.

7. The categories evaluated by the certifying entity are specified on the following screen, depending on the degree course to be accredited. In this case we will select the module for professors.

8. On this screen the previous module PROFESSORS is shown, in it there is the official list and number of full-time professors that make up the faculty members of the administration academic program, as well as their full name, personnel number, type of contract and last degree of studies for each one

9. short résumé as well as access to the digital documents that contain the evidence; after having chosen the professor, a preliminary view will be opened with the general information; such as name, photograph and personal information, in the subsequent part of the screen there is a button to click on that will send us to the next window, where we will see the evaluation guidelines for this part of the system.

10. As mentioned, by clicking on the Documentation button, the screen will show the evaluation indicators, for that effect by clicking on the right column there will be Access to all the documents, clicking on the PDF image will show the files in their digital format

11. CONCLUSION The evolution of the Administration in the organizations leads to increasingly more technical changes and updates in their information systems that allow establishing management processes that are characterized by a high degree of efficiency and effectiveness that represent to them competitive advantages and access to the recognition of quality standards which grant the organization the undisputable guarantee of the certification in excellence by specialized institutions, at a national or international level, according to each case.

12. Currently, the world of knowledge of the High Level Education Institutes (IES) require also quality standards that constitute a guide for perfecting their academic programs, with the purpose of accomplishing their mission to educate graduates who contribute to the development of the society, with quality and pertinence.

13. Being aware of this, the Universidad Veracruzana has established that its educational programs conduct simultaneously the certification processes in search of the academic excellence before the specialized organisms. In the economic administrative area the process is conducted before the CACECA and for this, the professors and students in the Faculty of Administration of the Universidad Veracruzana, have applied themselves through investigation, to the development of a software that would optimize the control process of the documentary evidences with sustainability effects to comply efficiently with all the requirements for the certification of the Faculty.

14. As a result of this work it can be concluded that the development of the software, represents a fundamental tool according to the sustainability policies of the University to guarantee the social welfare, the environment and the economy through an efficient and rational administration of the resources through a systematized and ordered database for the development of the certification processes of the High Level Education Institutions.
