Independent measurements of at least 10% of water using fixtures Verify that corrective actions are taken of failures to meet requirements

14 The Future of Commissioning for Sustained Building Performance Birmingham, AL 9.29.11 SERBCA Fall Conference Proposed – LEED 2012 Enhanced Develop life time retro commissioning program to: –Sustain building quality achieved at 10 mths –Enhance building performance for life –Annually evaluate changes in bldg operation –Adopt and implement policy and procedures for re- commissioning over the life of the building including for all major and minor renovations.
