22 De-industrialization – decline of manufacturing
Firstly, As a country grows and develops from a primary sector economy to a secondary sector economy it goes through industrialization. As it goes from secondary to tertiary sector. This is called de-industrialization. Think of UK during industrial revolution, parts of USA or Taiwan today. Extension: What impact would this have on society?
