6 Step 1: Get all students signed up on a Google Account

7 Step 2: The 3X3 Square houses all Google Apps.

8 Step 3: Select “My Drive” for user’s original work.

9 Step 4: Select “New” for the blank template...Google Docs.

10 Step 5: Click on “Untitled Document” to name doc.

11 Step 6: Title the doc with this format: Block.Course_Last Name_Assignment Tag

12 Step 7: After typing and editing the doc, click “Share” and enter the teacher’s Google Account address.

13 Step 8: Make sure that the students click “can edit” before sharing.

14 Step 9: Deselect “Notify people via email” or your email will blow up.

15 Step 1: Sign up for a teacher account on Google Drive.

16 Step 2: Click on the 3X3 square and select “Drive”.

17 Step 3: Click on “My Drive” for new teacher- created Docs.

18 Step 4: Click the “Shared with me” to see those docs that have been shared.

21 Step 6: Make sure that you are editing.

22 Step 7: Highlight & Right Click to select “Comment.”

23 Step 8: Make sure that students hit “Reply” and NEVER “Resolve.”

24 Step 9: Make sure that students change the font color when adding new text to the document.

25 Step 10: Have students resubmit their work so that you can see the learning growth and award points.
