2 INTRODUCTION TO UTILITY TEAM  Our company was founded in 2003.  The group employs approximately 60 members of staff.  The annual value of our commodity portfolio exceeds £7bn.  We currently manage over 20’000 sites and supply points nation wide.  Clients include various public and private sector manufacturers, retailers & commercial premises.  Utility Team can be appointed as a Data Collector and Aggregator.  Our Site & distribution audits help commercial consumers optimise their operational cycle.  Utility Team works to a clearly defined level of service for each client.

4 OUR SERVICES – Procurement : Flexible or Fixed, your Account Manager can provide you with progress reports; weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually to keep you informed as to how your purchasing decisions & strategies are performing as markets progress. Mid Term Review Contracts  This provides fixed purchasers with a get out clause, allowing them to call for a review of unit rates at any point during their contract if market intel suggests prices had fallen since fixed. The consumer is then able to re-fix at the lower rate, or simply remain on their previously agreed contract price.

7 Description CRC Reporting Data can be directly downloaded from a single place. Fully Accredited -Elexon Accredited -ASPCoP Accredited Disconnections We can facilitate disconnections of unused meters and supply. Up/Downgrades in meter capacity Gas and Electricity Meter Upgrades and Downgrades can be conducted via you Account manager. 8 Carbon Alarms We have developed a unique system of carbon alarms that enable customers to gain and maintain control of energy use within desired parameters Energy Reduction Surveys Energy audits are provided to determine the use of equipment installed and additionally the manner in which it is controlled and utilised. Portal remains consistent between supplier switches Our reporting platform remains a constant between supplier switches, this means that CRC reporting and data interrogation does not become disjointed as a result of supplier switches Data Analysis Utility Team will collate and analyse consumption data received from invoices, AMR equipment, control systems and manual meter readings to produce a definitive analysis detailing which of your sites are performing optimally, and which are not. Installation of Temporary Supplies If you require new connections your account manage can project manage site teams and distributors to ensure that operations are conducted in as timely manner as possible. 9 Validation: Clients will have bills & costs validated during their supply with Utility Team. This is to ensure that every bill issued during a contract placed via our trade channel is 100% accurate and to minimise the requirement for rebates and debt collection in the future. Services Include (but are not limited to) : Credit Collections Monthly Bill Validation Monthly performance logs (included as part of the procurement activity reports) Business cost apportionment (performance and costs associated with manufacturing, office or retail areas of the business can be logged and monitored). Compliance – We will ensure that you are fully compliant and up to date and aware of all changes to regulatory charges as they inevitably vary. For sites within your portfolio that are sub let with only a landlords supply we have developed hard/software which apportions the cost of energy to each tenant.
