Will be retained on flight suits Air Force prohibits wear of flag on ABUs; we must follow suit 11

New Mexico Wing -- Excellence and Integrity in All We Do 14 Winter Command Council Meeting Stan Eval – CAP has approx 10,000 pilots, 3,000 of whom are actively flying – Trends (Jul – Dec 13): normal approaches and landings – Aircrew Professionalism Program established – “ 3 Pillar” approach: Pillar I: Establish “Aircrew Professionalism” resource block on CAP Pilots webpage Pillar II: Unit DOV emphasis promoting, supporting and enforcing regulatory guidance Pillar III: CAP commanders, at all levels, emphasis on aircrew professionalism 14

New Mexico Wing -- Excellence and Integrity in All We Do 15 Winter Command Council Meeting Contracts and Agreements – changing who handles these within the wings Background – Board of Governors had been concerned about wing and region commanders having too much “stuff” getting in the way of commanding One of the changes – wing and region commanders aren’t supposed to deal with contracts and agreements anymore Here’s the process: 1.Contract received by the wing. 2.Funds approved by finance committee. 3.Wing legal officer approves the contract and forwards to GC. 4.GC approves and returns contract to trusted agent. 5.Trusted agent signs the contract and informs the Wing Commander. Our “trusted agents” are Lt Col John Green (primary) and Lt Col Sharon Lane (secondary) 15
