27 Certificate of Excellence in Financial Reporting The Cedar Rapids Community School District received both GFOA and ASBO International Certificates of Excellence for its comprehensive annual financial report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2006. This was the twelfth consecutive year that the District has achieved these prestigious awards. Only 8 of the State’s 365 public school districts have achieved this award.
