Benefits Of The New Program Over the coming 12 months the Department of Education and Training Procurement anticipates savings of $35 million from the significant reduction DET Procurement achieved off the purchase cost of Imaging Devices. These savings are part of an ongoing program of centralisation and cost reduction that will realise $80 million in savings in 2008/09.
