6 HOME GROWN WORKFORCE KEY TO GROWTH Women In Technology Program Launched in 2000 Mission: To encourage girls/women, Native Hawaiians and other underrepresented groups to pursue STEM education and careers. To build a resident trained technical workforce, that reflects the diversity of Hawaii.
