1 Teach-Out – Pending Approval from Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) Provides for equitable treatment of students Required by Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) Institutions work with Virginia Intermont students to ensure they can complete their degree without delay to expected graduation

2 Teach-Out Accommodations Typically in the first year, discounts and scholarships are honored as best as the institution can to ensure that the student’s “out of pocket” expenses are no more than they were at Virginia Intermont Each institution will provide Virginia Intermont students with a “point of contact” during their tenure at the teach-out institution Liberal acceptance of transfer credits and waiver of residency requirements as well as Convocation requirements if applicable

10 Teach Out Day Thursday April 24 th 10am-5pm Student Center Schools will have representatives to answer questions Computers and printers will be available to students to print unofficial transcripts to help with discussions
