22 ACTE Energy Sustainability Task Force Purpose The mission for the Energy Sustainability Task Force is to develop a plan outlining strategies for ACTE to position career and technical education as a leader in the energy sustainability arena.

25 FY 2010 Appropriations  Congress passed FY 2010 Budget Resolution in late April to set overall spending parameters  Provides $1.086 trillion in discretionary spending, about $10 billion below the amount requested by President Obama  Appropriations Committees beginning mark- ups  House Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education Appropriations Subcommittee action expected in July
