3. Working Definition Worship is telling God how good and great we think He is. It is complimenting God for who He is and the works He has done on our behalf from hearts that are awed by Him.

Psalm 63:3-5 says, Because your love is better than life, my lips will glorify you. I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name I will lift up my hands. My soul will be satisfied as with the richest of foods; with singing lips my mouth will praise you.

Psalm 95:6-7 - Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker; for he is our God and we are the people of his pasture, the flock under his care.
