1. “Big Brother” Big brother is a reality TV show. It is about 14 housemates living together away from everybody else and every week they nominate each other so the person with the most votes are up for a public eviction. This show has been around 11 years now. At the first it was broadcasted on Channel 4. Now the show is moved to Channel 5. By Laura Sulca and Sian Eastment-Williams.

2. *Primary research results.. 15 people filled in our survey. 7 (47%)of them were females and 8 (53%)of them were males. From our survey we found out that the age range is 16- 20+ except 17 year olds. 8 out of 15 people disliked “Big Brother”. The favorite housemate is Tom.

3. *Secondary research results. The first show on the air in UK was broadcast at 18 th July, 2000 and season finished at 15 th September, 2000. This show has been for 11 years now. Every year they have let out one or two seasons. The latest one is still going which is ordinary people Big Brother 2011.

4. *Typical audience member Ethnicity- In the house are different races so the audience would be the same. Class- Middle and Lower class people tend to watch this show. Age- 16-20+ This show is for younger people because mostly the housemates are young and immature. Sexual orientation- In the house Big Brother sends different people so the audience would be the same. Gender- Male and female watch the “Big Brother”
