12 ESRI ArcEditor The upgrade to ArcEditor will allow editing and management of ORUD’s distribution system mapping to move from the legacy CAD software to the ESRI GIS environment

13 ESRI ArcGIS Server The addition of ESRI ArcGIS Server will allow ORUD system maps to be viewed throughout the company network allowing improved customer service and emergency response

Increasing Community Awareness: To fulfill guidelines for API RP-1162 API RP-1162 Regulatory Requirements Federal pipeline safety regulations require pipeline operators to conduct continuing public awareness programs to provide pipeline safety information to four stakeholder audiences: Affected Public, Emergency Officials, Local Public, Officials and Excavators
