4 SWOT analysis Strengths: As first kind serves take the customer, Convenient . Weaknesses: a lot of customer can’t get the food quickly Opportunities: family mark location in many countries, such as Japen, Taiwan, America. Threats : another company such as 7-11 , Hi-life.

Weaknesses: Too many caffeine to human body ill health. Opportunities: Until the late 1980's, Maxwell House Coffee was the largest selling brand in America. Threats :another coffee companies such as Mr. Brown Coffee .
